Called in with a water main leak, which in my eyes is an emergency, I was told it would be next Wednesday, today is Tuesday? I can not continue to let water leak out, and I can not turn it off for 8 days?? Definitely failed to meet the image they portray in their commercials. I use them for my business as well, but after this, no more.
Had odd feeling so called Home Warranty company (another company)to have someone come out because the vent connected to the water heater was out of wall. They took 20 seconds to tell me I needed a plumber and carbon monoxide blowing, called it in, charged me, and left--WITHOUT TELLING ME TO TURN OFF THE WATER HEATER! I had to reach out and find Russell &LeMay. They had me text picture-told me to immediately turn off water heater, and how, and within an hour of call although they were swamped, an amazing, experienced, knowledgeable, and kind technician was at my house. He told me what needed to be done and did it. They were swamped but thought enough of me and my issue and ultimately my family, to get someone out immediately. I am thankful and highly recommend this company.
They were supposed to put a new furnace in last week. I had to take the day off work they didn't call to say they had to rescheduled for anoter day. They called the next day to come out so they said they were coming we had rescheduled because me and my wife were both at and said they would be out Wednesday well we had to call them and sais they were dealing with people with no heat and couldn't tell us when they will get to us i would give them no stars if that was an option
It feel like I just got rob......I’m going to make this plain and simple… If your water heater goes out in the middle of the night on a weekend…. I encourage you to get up and turn off your water…. Go to a nice hotel and get a room… order in the room at the hotel restaurant (I suggest a steak)… and wait until Monday morning to call the plumber….because you still come out cheaper then Russell & LeMay… who’s is own by Middleton Heat & Air…. DO NOT CALL THEM!!! WHY I CAN NOT GIVE THEM NO STARS!!!
Very disappointed with the service we received after calling Russell & Lemay to install a gas line in our kitchen for our new gas range. I had high hopes for the company as the person I spoke with on the phone (I believe he was the owner) was very knowledgeable and gave me a reasonable estimate over the phone based on how often they perform this type of work. However, the tech who came to our house was very unprepared as he didn't have a pipe threader or other basic tools and actually told my husband he had never seen a gas stove before. He went on a two hour parts run and also ate lunch, then attempted to charge us for that time. The final bill was over double what I was quoted over the phone due to the labor charges because of this tech's incompetence and lack of preparation. Keep in mind this was a very simple job of rerouting gas from one side of a wall to another, not actually running a new drop or having to go in the attic. The tech also made a large mess and did not clean it up or replace the things he moved out of the way in order to do the work. Long story short, I do not intend to use this company again for any reason and do not recommend them.
I called several times, no answer on any of my calls. No return call back. I needed service on my tankless hot water system they installed. Since i had to call someone else, found out it was installed wrong which caused the outage and they're no longer in business. Very disappointed.... I used them for 30 years.
I stopped by Russell & LeMay more than 30 years ago when I needed a plumbing problem solved. The man asked me to pay cash before they would come out. I left and got a different plumber, and I've never been back. I've never been asked by any other plumber to pay before they show up. That was just weird.
The employees and staff at Russell & LeMay are top-notch! Their customer service is impeccable and they go above and beyond to make their customers happy. Will definitely work with them again and recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services for their home. Thanks!
Fantastic service! They were here within 30 minutes of me calling to schedule an appointment for a leaking faucet. Don spent time with me explaining things and asking if I had any other issues or questions while he was here. Very thorough and professional.
I haven't had need of their services yet. But if I ever have a plumbing issue, i will keep them in mind due to one of their staffs small act of kindness.
I was having a rough morning and wanted to get McDonalds because i wasn't able to eat at home. The gentleman in front of me, in his company vehicle, paid for my meal. It brightened up my day immediately. I paid it forward and paid for the lady behind me. I don't think there was anyone behind her, but I hope i brightened her day like he brightened mine.
It was at the McDonalds of Fourche Dam Pike. I wanted to say thank you, and i know it's going to be a good day.
