Service man Kevin showed up right on schedule. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He took time to show me how to operate the new water heater, and explain parts. We’re happy with the customer service.

Russell found the problem immediately and only took minutes to repair.

I had my main kitchen sink drain line leaking under a very tight crawl space. The first two plumbers that came over declined to do the work. One of them recommended McGinty and they did an excellent job! They are my new best friends! Ha!

Several weeks later my water heater went kaput and they came and installed a new one. Solid work!!

Ok now a few weeks after that I had crawl space cleaners here and they noticed a pipe leaking and I called them last minute to come repair so the other workers could get back at it. Came promptly the next morning and had it fixed quickly! Great company!

I have used BR McGinty for the last 35 years or so. They never let us down. They get to you as best as they possibly can. Nice guy that quickly installed a new water heater for us. Not only was he capable and efficient, but his personality is well suited to customer service.

Very professional, but didn't really help me. First they didn't give me a window of when they would just up, BUT they did call me before hand to give me about a 30min window, and texted me a pic of the technician, which was nice.

But he showed up and immediately told me they don't service the type of water heater I have, which I think as something that should have been discussed over the phone. He did stay and help me try to troubleshoot, but it was essentially just an expensive service call for nothing since they don't work (or warranty) on these types. That's a simple question to ask on the initial phone call. But all that aside, very nice, professional and knowledgeable

Very prompt service. Was able to get here in less that 24 hours. Resolved the problem fast. Both receptionist and workman were extremely nice. Customer Service A+++. Will definitely use them again for any HVAC needs!

I have used BR McGinty for several projects including plumbing and AC maintenance. They are reasonably priced and do great work. I like that they send you a picture of your tech before they arrive so you know who to expect.

It is so nice to be warm in my house again! Russell checked my system and discovered a burned out ignitor, showed me the defective part and what it should look like. Confirmed all systems working before leaving.

It was really good to get a real person when I first called to set up an appointment instead of having to talk to an answering machine and then having to wait for the call back. Elizabeth was great setting up the appointment! She sent me a picture of the employee that would be coming to the house to fix the plumbing leak. She called me when they were on the way.
Kevin was the expert plumber that was sent to my house. Kevin was courteous, timely and very knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely use BR McGinty when I have other plumbing problems!
