Called in with a main water leak was told it would be next week? I have a main leak now, I can not wait a week and I can not simply turn the water off. The spend a lot of money on advertising but it seems to me the fail to meet they the standards they advertise. Will not do any more business with them.

McGinty showed up early on Monday morning, removed two heating units inside and two air conditioning units outside, and replaced them with new, more efficient units. They were finished by 2 pm and did a great job! I am very pleased!

I had a. Preseason a check Wednesday before Thanksgiving. We have been using the heater regularly and having no trouble but this was routine checking. The heater was working. After the check we had no occasion to use the heater until Thanksgiving night. It would not work. Because I have a service contract and because they claimed they do 24 seven emergency service I started calling And texting Friday morning. No one called, but I did receive a text back saying I could call the main number and follow the prompts to get emergency service. This was not true. I then found the phone number for the sales manager and he said he contacted Matt McKinney and that someone would come Friday afternoon or Saturday morning. This Did not happen. Finally I sent an email to the owner saying that their website said they would have emergency service 24/7 For customers who had service contracts. About 11 o’clock that morning he finally called me back and said he had given everybody the weekend off to be with family. He said that Monday morning I could have my service contract back but nobody was coming to my house to help me with my heater and that he personally was wearing shorts and a T-shirt and was not cold and was four hours out of town. He also said that he had received all of my texts and emails which were numerous. I wonder why he just didn’t call me to start with and tell me they weren’t coming instead of letting me try for four hours to get service on my unit. Just feel like you shouldn’t advertise emergency service if you have no intention of doing emergency service and you shouldn’t cell service contract with this feature. I had every reason to expect. The person who did fix my heater said that there was a switch that was turned to the off position on the furnace and all that needed to be done was for it to be turned back on. I am upset not because a mistake was made and a switch was not turned back on, but because the company is making false claims about what they will and won’t do for customers when they don’t have heat and the lows are in the 30s.

Very good service overall. When calling to setup an appointment, the folks I talked to were extremely friendly and worked with my schedule. Chris Cook came by to fix the plumbing problem in my home, alleviated the situation quickly, and answered any further questions I had. He informed of the issue he diagnosed before starting and kept me in the loop as he was completing the job. Excellent service! I will highly recommend them to others and will use again for myself.

I,ve had to call your company before. Each visit had a pleasant out come when appliances & bathrooms break down. Kevin came today & did a fabulous job & is was very informative . That's important for those of us who don't know much about this kind of work. He replaced our hot water tank a few weeks ago at our rent house & I couldn't have been happier then also.
