Air Care now Atchley Air

A very good friend recommended Air Care after they had such a good experience with them. We've used Air Care to replace our downstairs HVAC unit two years ago and to install a brand new Zoned HVAC system in our unfinished upstairs just recently. These guys are top notch! Very professional! Above and beyond customer service! (Before and after the sale). I have had to deal with quite a number of professional contractor/service people/companies and these guys are the best hands down. The best part is that their prices are great too! I highly recommend these guys for any heat and air work.

I have been using Air Care for almost a decade. I have a very old central heat unit and each technician that comes out has been able to supply top notch care to my heater. They provide wonderful service and are very engaged on any questions you may have. I recommend them to anyone I know who needs heating and air servicing. I will also be using Air Care Systems to install a new central heat unit.

Called these people on a Thursday and set up and appt for Friday. Mentioned they may be late and they were which was just fine. Quoted us over the phone about $500 to fix a leak in pipe and fill freon. Came out and looked at it for 5 min and said couldn't be fixed and needed new coil. They would call us Tuesday and let us know something. Obviously going to add a lot more to my quote for a new coil. They never even bothered to call. It's August and they made us wait 3 days and didn't even bother to call. And clearly didn't even want to try and fix it because it was late on a Friday. We got an excellent local man out here who fixed everything and replaced freon for $180. Will never use them or recomend them again!

I had an intermittent problem with my air conditioning which can be very hard to track down. The friendly folks at Air Care Systems methodically tracked it down to find the actual problem instead of just replacing parts until they found the right one saving me money in the process. That kind of conscientious service is hard to find.

The tech was very knowledgeable and professional, walked me through the while repair process, and made sure everything worked correctly afterwards. Recommended, maintenance items and when to have them completed. Will definately use them for all repairs and services going forward.. thank you so much

They have always done a great job. However I believe there was some confusion in the communication on the cost so when I figured I was going to be paying a certain amount I ended up actually paying way more
