Air Care now Atchley Air

As far as response time, they are tops. My only reservation is that I have had two different technicians come out and they had different ideas on what it could be. Replaced a thermostat for almost $200 to find out it wasn't that and had to spend more money later. Still good service in the end.

This is the first company i found online assisting with my daughter and son-in-law since they are new to the area....there were issues with the unit on a house they recently purchased and Air Care had to return due to an additional issue...third time was a charm, there were underlying issues and they were very helpful and got right on it to fix it! Highly recommend them.

Dave and Sondra are wonderful Christian people who truly care about their clients and employees. They have knowledgeable and friendly technicians who show up every day to get the job done. I’m the wife of one of their techs and there have been times that my husband has been on call and crawled out of bed at 10:30 pm to go fix a problem for a client. Very professional. The library needed a total replacement for the multiple heat and air units. The team came in to do their job, cleaned up after themselves, and made sure to explain the new system to us. This was ten months ago, and we have not had a problem with our system since! I recommended them to my parents when they needed a new heat/air unit. They gave them the same level of respect and experience.

Air Care Systems by Price is an amazing business! Extremely competitive on their pricing, way more knowledgeable about products, brands, and schematics than the "big" companies. Completely new A/C unit and heat pump, new duct work, returns and thermostat all done within 1 day. Great warranty, and their guys that do the install also do the repair work, so no messing around with 4 different people to get 1 thing accomplished! Highly recommend these guys and we really appreciate your business!

David from Air Care Systems by Price came out after normal hours to fix my a.c. unit. He was very fast, professional, and very reasonably priced. I will recommend them every time.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! When our a.c. went out July 3rd, we initially had a different service company set up for a new install, we thought. They did not do what they said they would. I called AirCare for a second look when I was uncomfortable with pricing from a different air repair company. AirCare came out quickly, thoroughly checked my unit and reported that my unit was not broken at all but simply had a clog. I appreciated this so greatly. I also was not charged for the visit. The way I was treated will keep me a loyal customer from here on.

I have rental properties and I know I can always depend on Dave and his guys to take good care of all my properties. They always do what they say they will, are fair and honest and very good at what they do!! I would highly recommend them to anyone!
