Robert came to repair our air conditioner really late at night even tho he was about to go to sleep. We cannot say enough about how professional and personable and fast his service was. I did not know you could still receive this level of service in this day and age. The air is working great now and we are so glad we called them first.

Just wanted to update my review. AirPro continues to be my first call, like days when you come home to a house that’s 85 degrees on the hottest day of the year. Brandon was quick to return my service call, promptly showed up and spent an hour doing a thorough job of replacing the capacitor (with the part on hand). Thankful for local companies with great employees.

AirPro is the only service you should even consider in the Fort Smith area. I’ve had an after hours call that they arrived within 30 minutes to fix, and an inspection/sensor replacement by Josh Davis. Both times they were responsive, courteous, and helpful. Call them! They’re one of the best customer experiences I’ve had as a homeowner.

Overall very pleased with the service. The price was fair and the techs were quick and kind. Customer service was excellent.

Our AC went out, we called AirPro for an inspection/quote, and they sent someone out the next day. The following day, we had a whole new unit installed!

There was a small issue after installation, so I called the techs back shortly after they left. They came right back to fix the problem.

I havent used these guys for what the company actually does, but they are amazing! My car blew a tire on the highway right next to the office, and they came right over and immediately offered their assistance. I didnt catch the names of these 2 selfless gentlemen, but they deserve more then my gratitude, which is all I could give them today! Thank you both from the bottom of my heart! The team from Air Pro were great at both listening in order to assess and explaining what they found. They looked for ways to fix what we have rather than try and sell us on major replacement. I am very happy with their service and look forward to a long customer relationship with them.

Air pro installed a new heating and air system for me a few days ago, I would highly recommend them if any one is needing heating and air service. The crew was great! They showed up when they said they would and they came in and got the job done while explaining everything to us.
ANDREW and the owner came and checked on how everything was going and made sure we were happy 😃.

Had an issue on Christmas Day with the heater not keeping the home warm, I called and they immediately had a technician head over! Robert did an excellent job with getting the heat back working efficiently, an also recommended me to upgrade my thermostat! Very knowledgeable an he was very thorough... I would recommend Air-Pro Heating & Air Conditioning👌

100% satisfied with my interaction with Air-Pro. My air stopped working about 9:00 pm the night before. I called Air-Pro about 8:05 a.m. the next morning and by 9:58 a.m. my air was back and working perfectly. The technician they sent out was very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained to me exactly what he was going to do. After fixing the initial problem, he checked the pressure and cleaned the coils on my unit. The price was very fair for the work performed. Highly recommend this company and they will be getting my future business.

Josh was a great tech!! I can't thank you all enough. My whole HVAC system needed replacing. You all did a thorough job with the installation and Josh stayed and made sure I understood how my new system worked and how it was different than the old one. He talked about how to take care of the system and quick troubleshooting ideas in case something went wrong. And trained me on my new thermostat! I am thrilled with the service, work, and product, and I'm thrilled with the price! Leisa was wonderful and even helped me get the financing through my bank. Thank you Air Pro!
