I've had excellent service with various members of Air Care staff..Seems like I always call when there is an emergency and they always show up quickly. Fair pricing as well.

GO WITH ATCHLEY HEAT AND AIR not these guys. Not really sure how they have a 4.8 rating. If i could do 0 i would. Terry came out and had such combative behaviour towards my husband and I? (mostly my husband) Accusing us of breaking the system, when it was broken before we moved in. In fact We couldnt move in when we were supposed to due to it being broken. Also, Terry seems to be lacking knowledge in his career, he told us we needed filters in a place that clearly dont connect to anything. Oh and to add to all of that he called our landlord and bashed us. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXTREMELY RUDE!

The tech was knowledgeable and polite took about an hour to wire unit the bill was very reasonably way less than I thought it would be I was very pleased with the work
