If I could, I would give them 0 stars. Waiting for a call back for days, then waiting for a quote for weeks after measurements just to find out they charge 60% above market price.
Not worth your time or money.

Edit:
After I posted this review the Comstock Air conditioning called me several times(within 1 hour of posting).
Magically they found time to respond (their excuse was that it was a busy season).
I ended up using different company that did the installation within 24h of a first phone call for 60% of the price Comstock Air Conditioning was trying to charge me.

These guys are CANCER. Stay away.

When our air conditioner failed, Comstock was a highly recommended company to do the replacement. Seth came out that morning and thoroughly explained all the options that we had. He was very personable and professional. The crew that arrived the next morning were outstanding. Within three hours, they had the new unit installed and running. They did a thorough clean up and it was as if they were never there. I would highly recommend Comstock Air .

I was recently in need of replacement of my A/C. I got four estimates and Comstock Air was my first choice be a mile. Fernando was absolutely excellent as the sales rep. and Robert, Manny and Hector were also GREAT as the installers. The whole team was outstanding from start to finish. I would highly recommend Comstock Air to anyone in the area for any service to their A/C systems. Thanks guys!!

They have very nice professional people & can usually get a big or little job done in no time. Our AC went out & they had it fixed in less than maybe 2 hrs. Then my mom decided to install a new AC unit which took maybe 1/2 a day if that. I definitely recommend them. Thank you so much for restoring our AC as quickly as you did! Even though it was in the 90°s.

The first visit with Robbie that came out to check out our A/C system on our Park Model I was impressed with how polite and honest he was. He did not try to sell us anything that we didn't need and was very straight forward. We scheduled an appointment for Seth to come out and give us a quote for a new and more efficient system. Again, very polite and explained the advantages of each system that they offered. I did not feel pressured to buy one over the other and no press to have to sign up immediately. When we get ready to buy I will definitely give them a call. Thank you for your professional and polite service.

I am very disappointed by Comstock's service after I spent more than $4000 on a retrofit installation and new equipment at an apartment complex.
When I went back 3 months later to see if they could do some additional work, I was ignored and told that they were busy doing contact work for a federal government project.
That's nice for Comstock, but "come on guys" you could at least be considerate and give me a date as to when you could come back out.
In addition I asked if they could order new vents (I was ready with cash to prepay) as the ones on my units were old and rusted. "Nope not in my lifetime", I went back 2 times and every time I was told "the order was lost".
So to sum it up on the whole experience, Comstock and the owner Mr. Henry is happy when you fork over large amounts of cash but if it's a small job they will forget about you.

How do you explain perfect service. In Yuma when your air conditioner goes out in the middle of June, all you want is to get your cool air back. I didn't need to be a technician to know my unit was shot. Comstock Air Conditioning took the time to confirm my suspicions, and explain my options. I received the great service that you would expect from professionals. Additionally, I received quite a savings on my electric bill.

Yesterday one of their technicians ran out of gas in the drive-through at Starbucks on the Big Curve. The technician refused help from multiple people who offered to assist him with pushing his vehicle out of the drive-through lane. The technician insisted help would arrive within a minute or two. For at least 20 minutes the technician selfishly blocked the drive-though lane. His careless and selfish decision to refuse help to move his vehicle after he let his vehicle run out of gas had a major impact on Starbucks' business for that time period. Another Comstock employee showed up with a gas can and the technician was able to start his car and move it. However, before moving his vehicle he happily chatted for several minutes with a buddy of his who drove by. Again he showed no regard for the major disruption he was causing to the local Starbucks and its potential customers. I will not be using Comstock if this is a representation of the character of personnel that they employ.

We had our Trane heat pump installed via Comstock about 4 years ago yet they couldn’t find out what was wrong with our unit. Found out through the grapevine it’s because they lost their contract with Trane and don’t even tell clients. Therefore they aren’t able to warranty the parts. Also found out that my thermostat should’ve had a 10 year warranty had Comstock registered it... they didn’t... now I only have a 5 year!! Glad this issue was discovered at the 4 year mark by another local company. My last straw with Comstock is when Victor (employee of Comstock) called MY phone and asked for my husband... I told him he was busy and if he could let me know what’s going on and he was rude and refused to speak with me. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
