Service manager Devin was awesome at listening to what I needed done, he immediately scheduled a technician to come right out and work on the unit at unaffordable price. The Technician Andrew, was communicative and thorough in his workmanship and explained everything he did. Passing their number on to my friends to let them know i found a good company!!! Thanks guys!!!

Wonderful service all around! Luke was my Tech and and he went above and beyond. Very knowledgeable and professional. He answered all my questions and never hurried to leave. Just a very nice great guy! Super company and all workers i met were 1st class! I will only call them in the future.

We had wildcat come out after we got a high quote from D&H about parts that needed replaced after our tune-up. Luke was very nice and told us that all our parts where within spec and didn’t need to change them out. So glad we got that second opinion, saving us over $600. Definitely will call Wildcat Heating & Cooling for maintenance and service from now on.

Great reliable company. Purchased my Trane rooftop A/C Heatpump & they installed it in January. It's been working great since then. Had my 1st of 4 free 6 month maintenance checkups today by well qualified technician Luke and assistant. I have no problem recommending Wildcat heating and cooling to anyone who needs Service or a complete new unit! THANKS!!!!

Devin did a great job, he was professional, friendly and fair!! We didn't have to wait days for service, AZ heat and a broke down AC is the worst. Devin showed up quickly and had cold air flowing and was gone in under two hours. Great job and great service. Thank you!

Was having problem with my a/c unit and made the call, they had Luke come out within 2 hours. Not only was Luke kind and professional but the job was done within a hour and everything is fixed. I am proud to say that I signed up for a maintenance plan for the next two years with them. Thank you for the professional service!

Devon installed our A/C unit 6+ years ago and did a wonderful job. He was very professional and courteous, not to mention hard working. We had to have our unit serviced for a faulty part and it happened to be covered in the warranty. He came out replaced it and checked everything over right away. We will continue to be customers.

Great customer service, next day availability, prompt arrival time, friendly, knowledgable, and trustworthy. Luke thoroughly explained the process while checking the entire system and answered my questions. Simple repair completed within a day. Will definitely use this company for future maintenance checks.

I got in touch with Wildcat on a recommendation from the NEXT DOOR group. Wildcat confirmed the appt, the tech called when on his way, He was a very engaging young man showed him the location of the air conditioning unit, he commented on what a nice back yard I had and got to work on the unit. When I checked on him he pointed out that he had removed the insulation and the tape that was holding it in place and he indicated what he thought was the problem area. He finished got the credit card info and left. Normally I would have considered this a very professional service call except when I went back out to check on the unit the insulation and tape were still laying where he had removed them. I was surprised he hadn't asked for a trash bag or attempted to pick them up just left the trash there. I felt very dissatisfied with the service call after that.
