They were able to come by and look at my AC the same day. The technician came by and was able to get my AC working again all before I had to go to work. I will definitely use again.

Customer service was extremely rude and unwelcoming. Showed up to the building itself not knowing it was a place you should only call (sorry?)... was greeted with a locked door and then when the lady answers (assuming the same person that takes phone calls during the day since I saw a review on Yelp that made it sound exactly like this woman) she stares at me with disgust and says "what are you doing here?" in the nastiest of tones. More unwelcoming behavior ensued, but I'm not here to write a book. The main point is: this was all prior to her knowing what my reason for being there was. If this is how they treat potential customers then I'm not interested in ever using their services when I need a HVAC repair or replacement.

technician arrived in the promised schedule window. was courteous and professional, clearly explained their findings/recommendations and i never felt pressured to purchase any additional service or repairs. highly recommended!

you are the only heating and cooling company that has followed up on the contract for coming back and doing the server maintenance service. I've had had at least five different heating and cooling companies out here and not one have they ever followed up on the warranty of maintenance and I have bought two new units from one of these companies and very disappointed on the fact that they never followed up on the service maintenance.

Luke, the technician was right on time coming to our house. Took the time to listen to what I had to say about our A/C unit. Went to work immediately to check our system, and was not there to make a hard sale of something we didn't need. Very professional.
