This was the most amazing experience I have ever Had with an HVAC company. TLDR: Call them now!
I initially called them because our AC had gone out. Before calling them I had tested several electrical components voltages and knew something was wrong. (I know just enough about HVAC to make me dangerous) I had replaced some main fuses and was testing some other aspects of the electrical system. but when that didn't work I knew it was time to call the professionals. when I saw their van on their website I knew they must support other local graphic design businesses so I called them. They had sent Devon out, when he got to our house he was the pillar of professionalism, As I was talking to him as he was diagnosing my air conditioning system I learned about his 20 years experience in the HVAC trade and before I knew it he was finished with the repair.
Overall we had spend less than half a day with our AC system down.

We had an ac freezing up. They came out quickly and knew the issue. Which was what I had expected with past dealings with industrial ones that have had the same problem at work. They got it up and running right until the part arrived to fix it permanently and were super helpful and up front about everything through the process. Luke was great. Highly professional, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the service and repair. Great company would highly recommend and will be going to for all of our heating and cooling needs. Joined their yearly service plan and would recommend to anyone owning a home. For the peace of mind of great maintenance and service. Plus good discounts for any issues that may arise and need repair or replaced. I've found on the business side trust in these types of repairs and service isn't the easiest to come by. It's refreshing to have such a great company and techs that we can for our home.

The Wildcat team has been awesome to work with and even went above and beyond by identifying a plumbing issue that wasn't in their field of work. (Even recommended a plumber that was able to be here within 30 minutes to do the repair on a Friday in the late afternoon.)

After working with two previous contractors that put a VERY bad taste in my mouth with their bad attitudes and that caused expensive repairs to my house, it was a pleasure to work with the Wildcat team to FINALLY have everything done correctly and in a timely manner. Luke said they care about their company's reputation and their actions showed that to be true.

I have already recommended them to family and have no doubts that they'll have a good experience also.

Very pleased with all facets of the process. My 30 year old unit failed, and I called and a tech came out to troubleshoot right away within a couple of hours. Photos were taken so I could see what was needed. I was offered a couple of choices and went ahead and replaced the system since that's where we were headed. They provided a temporary cooling source for us which was appreciated. Jacob was awesome as were the guys who did the installation. They seem to be competitively priced. I feel I got a very good system at a decent price. I truly appreciate the customer service and fast responses. Thanks!

Andrew did an excellent job, he quickly located our problem and everything is working wonderful. Always have a good experience with Wildcat Heating and Cooling. Prompt service, fair pricing. Will recommend to family and friends.

Wildcat representative/technician was very thorough and informative. Took his time checking all possible issues with air conditioner and spoke with me about same. I would recommend anyone with cooling issues to give this company a call. I was very happy with the work that (Luke) technician did on my air conditioner I look forward to using their services in the future.

I don’t typically like to write reviews but I am actually doing this in the hope that it can help others to think twice before choosing this company, especially when it comes to a maintenance service contract. Being a loyal business customer for more than 5 years with the company and when we needed them most they were very unprofessional and unhelpful. Very disappointed in the way they treat their customers, they are either too busy to take care of us or they simply don’t care. They totally lost us as a customer for good.

John Sr, John Jr, and Pedro did our replacement central air conditioner install and they were terrific. On time, polite, helpful, careful, they cleaned up, asked permission for everything, explained how the new thermostat worked, etc. --everything you'd want from professional installers.

Luke was great too. He did the initial diagnosis and quote, and he made himself available for calls at home and a followup visit when we had questions.

We'd highly recommend these guys.

Walk away. We paid for following maintenance service in advance. They did not show up on their appointment date. We received a message 45 minutes after appointment window confirming our filter size.We emailed our filter size to them days before, called them 3 times the day before the appointment wherein the phone immediately put us on hold each time. We waited on hold each time for 5 minutes then hung up. We sent them an email after they missed the appointment. We called the following Monday and were told by the lady who answered the phone that it was our fault the tech didn't show up because we didn't answer the phone. We were told "too bad" when we asked for a refund.
Read the other reviews. This company is a joke and they are thieves. Call any other HVAC company.
