I had given 5 stars in the beginning because Brandon worked fast to get my unit installed and was so nice. Now I'm just disappointed. They installed my unit wrong and it took multiple times coming out for them to know how to fix it. Plus Brandon assured me that I would save money on my electric bill, however since it was installed in mid April to now end of June my electric bill has gone up over a hundred a month. My unit makes weird noises and hisses when it comes on and shuts off. I wish I could just go back on time

We had a great experience with all the work that we had done. From plumbing to the installation of our first A/C system. The crew was always patient and understanding with us regarding all questions and concerns and would like to spotlight Angel and Jackson with their great and efficient installation and Efren and Christopher who were extremely efficient in the way they assessed and attended our concerns. Also Janelle who was able to dispatch and set appointments quickly for whatever we needed. Brandon has a great team and so happy to have been able to get all this work done.

Company performed routine annual AC inspection with no issues noted. The tech was friendly and knowledgeable. He suggested/recommended the installation of a compressor assist component at a cost of $490 installed. I looked it up on line and found that the part cost anywhere from $9.00 to $35.00 and I could the install it myself in about 30 minutes.
I understand that the company needs to make a profit and it cost to have a tech come out and do the install, but $490 is away too much.
That aside I’m content with the company and their staff and inspection they performed on system.

Efrain and William were our technicians today and they were very professional. They replaced our entire cooling/heating system and took the time to accurately diagnose our problems. Highly recommended! The owner, Brandon, is highly responsive.

We always feel comfortable when your men come to check on our units. They are thorough, polite, and friendly. We always receive reminder emails with the time of arrival which is very helpful. We won't go anywhere else for our service.

Great company. Crew came out within 24 hrs of service tech discovering our system was at the end of its life.
Very happy the service tech caught the system issue before the HOT weather arrived.
Very happy with quick response from Signature.

They actually came out and fixed my swamp cooler. They came out the same day I called. He even fixed my door knob which was unexpected. I'm super pleased with their service and concern for me and my pets when I said that I had no cooling

I had the company come and clean my vents first. I had them do a second opinion on the old AC unit. I asked what the price of a new unit would be. They came in at 7k cheaper and included installation. Then the company I had a service agreement on the old with and their price didn’t include installation. The two guys that installed the unit were clean, curtious, professional and knew what they were doing. Brandon the owner takes his time in answering any questions you may have regarding any part of the AC and heating process.

Signature Heating and Cooling, a Veteran owned company, is far the best in the business. The entire staff is professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. The owner, Brandon Johnson takes pride in his company and remains involved throughout the entire project from start to finish. Even after the project is completed, they reach out and make sure you, the customer, are satisfied. Very personable and honest people!

Signature Heating and Cooling is an excellent company. All of their employees, from office staff to workers to owner, are friendly, competent and communicative. What they said the would do, they did. I had them install a Lennox el system. They removed the old system and installed the new system in less than 4 hours (there were two installers). The whole process from quote to install completion was less than 5 days. I’ll be using Signature to replace my other hvac unit when it fails.
