I rate Signature Heating and Cooling and its owner (Brandon) at TEN STARS, where the standard is one to five stars. Signature sent its owner out to my house on a heat pump that a different company said had five (5) problems worth $500 in repairs.

I opted for a second opinion. Brandon told me there was nothing wrong with my heat pump and gave me additional tips. He provided an easy-to-understand explanation regarding why the heat didn't work on the coldest day of the year. Brandon is not only an honest gentleman, but he is also a military service veteran. What a great guy he is! I would recommend Signature to any family member. If you need any work done on your A/C or Heater, do yourself a favor and call Signature. You won't regret it!

Brandon from Signature came out and was absolutely fantastic; a great salesman who really went into detail about all the pros and cons of his HVAC units. And, Signature was the lowest cost bid HVAC replacement bid that I received.

The install team was at my house a few days later. They were great guys, very easy to work with, and beyond professional. They had me up and running with my new AC within hours.

John G. and Levi from Signature showed up a few weeks later to check on what I thought was an issue with the condensate pump. After running several tests they assured me it was working correctly and helped me troubleshoot that my issue was coincidental and was likely caused by my washing machine not draining properly. John G. and Levi, just like everyone else I've worked with at Signature were very personable and professional.

Signature has been an absolute joy to work with and has earned a customer for life; I'd give them more than 5 starts if I could!

Talked to Angela, she is a sweetheart, she called me back 3-4 times before she got a hold of Jason and he came to the house around midnight, He is a great guy, laughs a lot and knew pretty much what was wrong. with the A/C. Told me they would have a man out here in the morning....Angela called again in the morning to be sure I was OK, said she was working on getting someone out as soon as she could. Even made calls before she came into work.. John and Levi called shortly after and they were here around 10 a.m....this was a Saturday, They checked out the furnace as well as the A/C.. replaced the fan motor, had the system up and running in a very short time...Both were great guys. Will definitely have this company back again, as well as recommend them...

We got a postcard coupon in the mail. And call for an estimate
the technician showed up on time. And was friendly and knowledgeable.
He discussed our options and gave us two that would work for our manufactured home.

Our old system was so noisy and inefficient, we chose to go with a high efficient Lennox conversion system that took everything outside.

They came out another time to check on dimensions a few days up front of the install. the tech was wonderful on time and told me how everything would go for the install a few days later.

The day of the install they showed up on time and went to work immediately.
The system is fantastic it's so nice to be able to speak without having to shout over the racket my old system made. Their work was beautiful clean and extremely professional.

And they cleaned up their mass and vacuuming in the house.

I could not be happier..

If you have an old system in a manufactured home I highly recommend them and the full conversion, Lennox unit.

All and all a five-star experience.

John G. and Levi did a fantastic job installing my two new Ecobee Smart Thermostats. They were thorough, careful, knowledgeable and personable. They helped inform me about my HVAC units and made a fan setting recommendation that should decrease noise and improve air quality in my house.

Shane was absolutely amazing, informative, patient and flexible so that I could make the best decision about getting a new system in place. He answered all of my questions (as well as my 4 year old granddaughters)!
