I have never felt more reassured by a company, let alone the owner. Tonya was very responsive and kept me in the loop about when a technician would arrive. The technicians were great and were able to fix my issue on the first visit. I highly recommend City Heating and Cooling!

They were flipping awesome! AC went out overnight. Called around, they were the first to be able to do same day and not charge a ton in emergency fees. And were able to move me up to get it fixed asap. Highly recommend 👌

My A/C went out on July first, some time late at night. I called a different company to take a look. Nice guy, but the estimate seemed a little high. I called City for a second opinion, and they were prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. They replaced the A/C unit on the 3rd, working into the night in the heat, for much less. I would recommend City to anyone.

My 2-10 home warranty contracts with cool city so they were sent out to check out my ac which had stopped working. Of all the hvac companies 2-10 has sent to my house, (and there have been several), cool city was THE best and the only I'll trust now. Cool city was prompt, quick and honest. They were straight up and then competently completed the repairs.

I could not be happier with my experience with City Heating and Cooling. I have used several other service companies in the past and Chris is by far the best. He was extremely professional and thorough but best all he came out on a Wednesday found the problem, ordered the part and finished the job on Friday. I would highly recommend City and will use them again in the future.

I got home Saturday night to find that my air-conditioner had quite working. .I found City Heating and Cooling and saw they had an excellent rating so gave them a call the next morning and they fixed the problem before noon. I have just changed my service providers an booked a couple of future visits.

City Heating and Cooling was the company sent by our home warranty company and Chris and Tonya were both great! Chris was able to diagnose our problems with our 20 year old system and get it running again. We opted to go with a replacement system anyway and Tonya walked us through the whole process of choosing a system that we could afford and financing. The entire process was as painless as a major home expense can be. They were on time and professional every step of the way and I can't recommend them highly enough. If we choose to stay with our home warranty, I will INSIST that this company be dispatched and if not...I know who I will be calling first.

Tonya and the entire City Heating and Cooling team were EXTREMELY responsive, professional, helpful, and knowledgeable when our AC died on the first day of a 100°+ heat wave. They answered our emergency call late on a Sunday afternoon and got us up and running as soon as possible.

My AC stopped working about 7:45pm Sunday evening, they had it fixed before 9:00pm… on a Sunday I might add. I needed a big can capacitor replaced. Super friendly and very knowledgeable, I can’t thank them enough and very reasonable service call for a Sunday late evening too.
