I have to say that Cool Breezes up awesome company that provides quality service. I have been a customer for 5 plus years now, and their technicians have always been timely and professional. I especially liked that they call to make sure that someone is available before the technician gets on-site. It's usually another 30 minutes and they show up at your door.
James has been the technician that has service my air-conditioning unit 3 times I think. I also liked that James kept me informed about the process of finding and fixing a leak in my AC. I just tried stay out the way and he kept me informed about what was going on. He got in there, got it done and now I'm sitting here enjoying the results. I'm writing this just to say thanks James and Cool Breeze, you guys always been there when I needed you.

I really appreciate the customer service we received from Cool Breeze, especially from our "comfort specialist" technician, Ron. Our AC quit blowing cool air overnight in the peak of the heat wave a couple of weeks ago, and I called first thing on a Tuesday morning and they were able to see us later that day. Ron made sure our unit was working even though a storm was approaching - he worked efficiently to solve the problem, and came back a week later to do a complete check-up on our unit as we signed up for their maintenance plan (totally worth it!!) Ron was very honest when it came to what parts were necessary and which ones were optional for us to replace, so I never felt pressured to spend more money than was necessary. I'm so happy I called Cool Breeze and we will certainly be recommending the company - and Ron in particular - to our friends.

I initially tried Cool Breeze a couple of months ago for my annual spring AC tune up. I was impressed with the techs thoroughness and knowledge. But when my aging unit failed on a weekend, I called on a Saturday evening and actually got in. They scheduled a tech who happened to be James, their service manager, to come by early Sunday morning. He was not only skilled, he was articulate, serviced the unit to operate until I could contact my warranty company for a complete fix or replacement and gave us valuable information about operation, thermostats, and the kind of unit to insist on for replacement. The Sunday morning call was free as part of my 2-year maintenance agreement with them. I've had many other HVAC companies over the years. This is by far the best.

Cool Breeze by far has been the best ever. I have used other companies they have out shined the rest. The quote I received was way under from two other companies. My AC went out on the 4th of July at my home on the West side of Tucson. I called Cool Breeze Comfort Solutions and they scheduled me for the next morning. I've used Cool Breeze in the past for maintenance and service calls and have always received exemplary service. This time was no different. The service technician, James, was right on time and got right to diagnosing the problem. He identified it within minutes and then walked me through the problem, showing me every part of the system he was talking about, what it is supposed to do, and why I had a problem. After making sure I understood what the problem was and what the repair would consist of, including cost, he got to work and had my system up and running in less than half and hour. He also took the time to walk me through maintenance ideas for the AC and heating and things I should be doing on a regular basis to cut down on wear and tear and to keep the system clean, all to avoid future repairs. Based on James' professional and efficient service call, and based on my past experiences with Cool Breeze CS I acquired a maintenance plan with them for the next year. The cost savings and regular maintenance under the plan made it a smart choice, and I know I will get expert work. Thank you James and thank you Cool Breeze CS.

We have had problems with Our air conditioning system and the Only tech I would have service my ac unit would be Colt...he is prolly the Best tech that they have....He really takes his time looking into the issues with the unit maybe be having...a BIG Thanks to Colt We appreciate You!!

I had a complete split system installed in 2019 by Cool Breeze to replace an older system.🏜 My maintenance is performed in the spring and fall by Cool Breeze also. I recently had technician Jose from Cool Breeze perform my spring check-up and was very impressed with the service. Condenser coils were cleaned on the outside unit, pressures checked, and the overflow line was blown out. My system is operating just like the day it was installed. I highly recommend Cool Breeze for all of you hvac needs.

Cool Breeze knows how to treat their customers! James the A/C technician from Cool Breeze was dispatched out for same-day A/C repairs which was a godsend, given the summer heat. James stuck it out for multiple hours of direct triple digit heat to diagnose and repair several deficiencies with my A/C system, successfully bringing it back online. I could definitely tell that James cares about his craft and about his customers. Thank you so much for your hard work James, you're awesome!

I tried to use Cool Breeze last year but had too long of a wait... I wouldn’t make that mistake this year.
Just had Christopher here and he was great.
Punctual , very knowable and did a great job .
He also went into the attic with no hesitation.
Last year the tech(another Hvac) would not said “unnecessary.”
What???
I highly recommend Cool Breeze... Great to have peace of mind with so many other things to worry about these days... Thank you
