Cool Breeze installed a new AC and gas furnace system at my home in June 2019. They offered great value with flexible financing and fast, quality service, along with the best warranty around (10 years parts, 5 years labor). They check in regularly to ensure my routine AC and furnace maintenance is completed - the units are still performing optimally. I would recommend Cool Breeze to anyone looking for a great HVAC company.

CoolBreeze is a wonderful company! They installed our new heating and AC unit in September . They show up on time, they are clean, friendly, professional and they do what they say.

Great job! Installation from start to finish took 7hrs even in 111℉ conditions. Installer Justin along with his assistant where very professional, punctual and took pride in their install. So far so good with the A/C system it is functioning as to be expected. I highly recommend this company the pricing is fair with no gimmicks, I'm sure if I experience an issue with the system it will be addressed with the level of customer service that I have received so far. Also thank you to Beau (I hope I got that right) the initial technician that came out to give a quote on the pricing I appreciate everything. The company has 3 model employees here that they are lucky to have working for them. Thank you again.

We contacted Allen at Cool Breeze to get an estimate for a mini split system. They had someone to our home that day to look at our job and we had an estimate the next morning. His crew was on time, clean, and professional. The system was completed in one day. Everything about our experience with Cool Breeze was awesome. I would recommend in a heartbeat!

I have just completed a 5 year maintenance plan with Cool Breeze and I am REALLY HAPPY with them. They call and leave a message when it is time for your maintenance, for me it is for the AC and furnace system. They seem to always be able to come within a week (I have not needed emergency), and you set either AM or PM basically. I plan to get other appliances on my 5-yr plan also. They are very knowledgable, clean, thorough, complete, considerate and FAST.

We just bought a home in the Tucson area and needed to know what condition our AC unit was in. Our thermostat had Cool Breeze and a phone number so I called them to see if they had any information. The receptionist was very helpful and there were old records for the home. I scheduled a tuneup service and was able to get an appointment just a few days later. Chris, the technician, did a thorough job, identified a part with a problem, gave me a very detailed report on the unit and its condition and explained the lowest cost option to replace the part. I signed up for a year maintenance agreement and will be using Cool Breeze later for other services. It was great to find such a professional and honest service company just weeks after moving here. Highly recommended because of Chris' professionalism and exceptional service.

I have used Cool Breeze Comfort Solutions for years! I would not go anywhere else. I have had 3 AC units installed in 3 homes, not only are they professional, prompt and friendly, they also have vast knowledge of their product in order for me to make the proper choice for my family's needs. Their maintenance program is also on par! Their friendly staff will call me when it's time to set up a maintenance visit for a day that is convenient for me. It is nice to have a rapport with a company that I trust, as they have always had my best interest in mind. 10 stars in my book!
