My first service was with Hector, he did a great job found the immediate problem at the time and quickly resolved it with a great deal of professionalism. Second go around (week later) with a series of different problems was indicated by James. It was a simple matter of a failing A/C system that had seen better days and was no longer repairable. (I saw it, knew it and agreed with him in his conclusion) He doctored up the system as best as he could for the time being while a replacement unit was ordered. I had met James once before while he was employed by a different company (years prior) and he remembered me also, he has a great deal of professionalism, and found him to be very honest. Later Justin and co-worker (did not get a name) came to replace the failed unit yesterday. Things that come to mind: Professional, hard working, honest, and courteous. It is not easy work on a HOT rooftop working to replace a gas pack unit. I know, I had spent several hours the prior 2 days prepping the rooftop area and removing damaged wood and scraping old roof tar and finishing the roof deck. My profession is an Architectural Design Professional and Licensed General Contractor (not your average homeowner!) All of these guys worked very hard at their jobs, and their professionalism really shows. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!
Colt arrived and saved my grandson before he even started. The boy had locked himself in a closet he is 2. We had taken hynges off and everything. He got him out in 30 seconds my personal hero. Also he inspected and maintained the AC and did the best job.

We had an excellent experience with Cool Breeze from first contact to HVAC installation. Our old HVAC unit clunked out on the Friday morning before the big chill. I called Cool Breeze at ~7am--the CSR was professional and courtesy and said someone would be out between 10am-2pm. Around 11am the technician, Colton, showed up. Colton was very knowledgeable, professional, and courtesy. Told him what happened during the night with the loud metal to metal sound--and he pretty much had it diagnosed before getting up on the roof. Did his exception of the HVAC unit, showed me photos of everything going on, gave me an estimate for repair as well as the price of unit out-the-door. Gave me cash price, card price, financing price--Colton had all the numbers, which I appreciated very much! Went ahead an requested new unit at cash price. Colton made some calls, the unit was on-site, and installation was setup for the following Monday at 8am. Come Monday 8am, the installation crew arrived and we were all setup and running by 11am! So sorry I forgot the crew's names! They were both great and very professional and polite! The HVAC unit is working great and appreciate that Cool Breeze made a big chore into such an easy transaction! Thank you so much! And thanks to the first person I talked to, Colton, and the install crew! Cool Breeze should be proud to have you all onboard as representatives! You're all awesome!

Service tech. was very polite and worked efficiently to service both the inside and outside units. He did not find any issues and did not pressure me to purchase anything. That I appreciated.
I just had my semi-annual HVAC unit serviced. I cannot say enough good things about the service technician, James. He was personable, knowledgeable, patient, and very professional. He not only changed the filter that I cannot change myself, he actually cleaned the grill work before actually changing the filter. He even cleaned all the edges around the grill area. I was thrilled. I have three very fluffy cats and their fur can be a real problem. He remembered to reset the t-stat to its original setting when he was done with his inspection and explained the benefits of owning a Rheem unit -- which no one ever had. Although I am a great believer in having a service contract, he explained all the options available since it was time for me to renew.
So, if you are having problems, or need a new unit, I highly recommend Cool Breeze Comfort Solutions. They are awesome and James is a five star employee! See you in six months James.
