Brenden was excellent. Diagnosed issue; ordered parts through warranty company; repaired hvac. Was exceptionally knowledgeable, thorough, courteous. Very highly recommend; would definitely use Brenden again.

They were able to come earlier then scheduled and was able to fix and explain that we will need a new one and very friendly.

Brenovations Hvac, Lic has excellent phone service, staff and employees. Our A/C was not working and with this weather we could not be in that situation. Marina was sent and she was excellent, very professional and explained everything she was doing and what was wrong. Then Josh showed up and he was excellent as well. The technician showed up ahead of schedule, was very thorough, and diagnosed the problem. With a little luck the parts are possible to get in a timely manner and it can be fixed soon.

Great service, knowledgeable and efficient. Resolved my HVAC issues quickly. Call was directed through my home warranty plan, but I'll retain their services for future needs.

We had a horrible experience with this company. Our home warranty company sent out Brenovations and they came over 2 days later to diagnose the problem. Technician said he would send over diagnosis to our home warranty that afternoon. 3 days later they have still not sent to the diagnosis to my home warranty!!! It's July in Tucson and I don't have A/C and they seem to be in no hurry to actually help. They have made multiple excuses as to why they haven't sent paperwork, like they had a storm at their office! Don't know what that has to do with not sending information for 3 days! Very disappointed in this company and will never recommend to anyone!

I honestly wish I could not give any stars. We had them come out initially to do a tune up for our 25 year old unit and all he could talk about was replacing it. At this point we had no intentions of doing so and wanted to run this unit into the ground. The tech was so uncertain of what he was going. In fact when he inspected the evaporator coil his bore scope battery died and he tried passing that off like it was dirty. I am a licensed aircraft mechanic and I borescope jet-engines for a living and I would never try to call something dirty or faulty if my equipment was not charged or working properly. He also told us a capacitor had failed and wanted to replace it. I was so distrustful of his work that I hired the Orozco brothers to come out and clean our evaporator coil and perform a diagnosis on the system. The capacitors were all perfect. The coil was dirty. This didn’t bother me but the fact that he couldn’t give a definitive answer as to if it was or not made me lose confidence. Even after leaving he continued to call and pester my fiancé for a week. Needless to say, we filed a complaint with the warranty company.

After that we had a leak in the pan and filed another claim to have the unit checked out. The condensation pan failed which leaked onto our air filter. The technician left our house with my garage door open and didn’t even mention he was leaving. (Luckily I was home and caught this). Again he tried to get us to replace the entire unit. He left and filed a report of his findings to Landmark. His diagnosis was confusing to read. He called the pan bad and apparently shot down the evaporator coil too. This caused the company to close the case since they don’t cover the pan. After a couple weeks of fighting this and trying to find out what actually needed done we finally decided they didn’t deserve the business and went with Amazing air and had the entire unit replaced. I couldn’t ever get ahold of Brennovations to get any information and they never returned calls. I would never recommend this company to anyone. They will be out of business I’m sure soon so I wouldn’t have them do any work. Apparently also they were overcharging the warranty company as well. I have never worked with such a terrible contractor.

All I can say about Brenovations HVAC, LLC. Is that they get it done. Badass company with highly recommendations. Very Professional and installed heating system fast. Thank you Brenovations HVAC, LLC.
