We had two units that needed to be replaced. The team was very professional. They were very efficient and they thoroughly cleaned up before leaving. We give them 5 stars and recommend the company with no reservation.

Should really be 0 stars. We called our warranty company Sunday, the second we realized our AC wasn't working. They set us up with Brenovations HVAC which was suppose to call us within 4 business hours to set an appointment. They never called, we waited until Monday late morning. We called and had to leave a message during business hours. Hours later still no call so we called again they said they would call us back in 20 minutes. 3 hours later still no call. We called back and left a message again. Now it is Tuesday and still no call from them. We called our warranty company who called Brenovations HVAC. They said they were just about to call us. Over an hour later and still no call. We told our warranty company that we need a more professional company. We now have to wait until Thursday but the new company answered immediately and got us an appointment set for Thursday early AM.

after the technician our AC immediately stopped working. we had to call another AC contractor because Brenovation had no one available to come out and we'd have to wait several days, with 95+ temperatures waiting even 1 day is unacceptable.

Technician was personable and professional. He had the parts in stock on his van and completed the necessary repairs.

Nathan was prompt and very professional. He checked out our furnace and replace the filter. He was efficient and took time to walk me through what he was doing.
