Customer service is not the job of just one person. At Brenovations everyone was professional and friendly, from Sarah at the front desk, to Marina following up on repairs. Great job everyone!

They refused to work on a warranty claim because it was too much work. All that was needed was a refrigerant top up and routine maintenance. They do not have the customers best interest at heart.

Will was a great technician. He did more than just the basics and was thorough in the repair.

They even let me borrow a portable AC
until they are able to service the breaker box in my condo . The portable is doing a great job . 2 thumbs up Brenovations .

Called warranty company and they contacted brenovations HVAC and said they would have techs out to us between 10-12. They never showed. We called warranty company again, they gave us a timeline of no later than 3:30 pm, never showed. Contacted warranty company a 3rd time and they couldnt even reach this HVAC company. Tried calling myself and wouldnt you know it, no answer. This was for my grandparents home, they both have health conditions and it has reached 91 degrees.

Brenovations HVAC was great from start to finish. My A/C broke over night, I was able to call in and they scheduled me same day, and their service techs were a huge help getting my A/C back up and running before I melted in the Tucson summer.

Nathan is awesome! He was on time, very professional and wore a mask! He identified the problem in no time and had it fixed just as quick.
