Our Home Warranty chose this company to come out and give an estimate for repair vs replace of our air conditioning unit. Although discussions were had for each, we were highly recommended and pushed for the replacement options, discouraging the repaired scenario as it could take “weeks” to get done, in the middle of July. Did not even receive a quote for the repaired scenario. Discussions/communications were not fast so we chose to go with a different company for a better unit at the same price. Brenovations took WEEKS to communicate with our Home Warranty which dragged out the reimbursement stage. They then presented the repair quote to the Home Warranty instead of the replacement, costing us thousands of dollars from Home Warranty. DO NOT RECOMMEND and I’m very disappointed in the quality of service and flat out deceiving actions that we had to deal with.

This company goes the extra mile. I’d recommend them to everyone.

Very professional service! They completed an AC/heater replacement in one day and they took time to demonstrate how my new system worked. I am so appreciative of their skilled workmanship and we are pleased with our new system.

Used through my home warranty. They were amazingly responsive to my requests and were able to diagnose and repair the problem in less than 24 hours which is important as the unit failed during excessive heat warnings (106-110 in August). Each and every employee I have come into contact with has been vary polite, professional and a genuine pleasure to work with.

We have to say the service, communication, installation and everything was top of the line. The service was great, the staff very courteous and very knowledgeable, explaining things to the detail. Also they left things very clean. We can highly recommend them. It is a great investment and we felt we got the right company to do it

Nathan checked out our AC unit and gave a thorough report. He was quick, polite, professional. The company was assigned by our home warranty company and our appointment was scheduled within 1 day of our call.

My AC sounded like a truck was coming through the back yard and slammed on his brakes. Brenovations HVAC L.L.C was called. Customer service was awesome! Scheduled date for initial assessment/maintenance with technician (Joshua), received notification of arrival date and time. Assessed the problem in 5-10 min, and requested parts for repair. Rescheduled installation time and date. This was great service, my AC is purring like a kitten again. Call them! you wont be disappointed!

Brendan and his great team turned our hot house on a mountain top in Patagonia, AZ, into one cool pad. And he promises that when the cold winds blow, we'll be able to stay warm and cozy because the new state-of-the-art coolers he installed will automatically convert and become heaters!
