The Maintenance person, Mason, was very professional and friendly. He showed us three areas that could be dangerous if not fixed, so we set up cleaning the vents & ducts a week out.

Had one air conditioning unit replaced, and another moved so that my pool dig could occur Both Matthew Arcarage and William Myers were professional, responsive, and obviously experts at what they do. Addendum- 6 months later the unit turned off . Clawed ACS and they sent Manny Borboa out to take a look . He determined that a condensation problem was causing the auto cut off to turn the unit off . He adjusted the piping to make the water flow out to the outside more efficiently. ZERO CHARGE. . There guys are good !

The A/C quit working overnight and the control panel had gone black, but the fan was still blowing. As an annual service contract customer for several years this was my first call for a problem. Dave arrived within a few hours of my call and found and fixed the problem in short order, at a very reasonable price (thanks to my service agreement with a big credit for diagnosis). Good job, Dave and ACS.

Very professional and reliable. Their service is amazing! I love that I receive a text reminder with a picture and review of the tech that's scheduled to arrive for your appointment. We ended up using them to replace our system and were very pleased. Pricing was competitive, and after the install they sent someone out to make sure everything was completed to our satisfaction.

The technician that came out to give us an estimate on the “issue”that our renters were having with our heater was very thorough and professional. When we got the quote I called the office to ask for an explanation of prices and services, the lady on the phone was very rude and short with me to the point where I felt so uncomfortable I needed to hang up. I was merely asking why a $10 part to replace cost $600 I was asking how long it would take to do the repair and she said it was just a flat rate and that’s what it cost what it cost. So I called another company and they came out and told me there was nothing wrong with the furnace and that it did not need repair. The furnace has worked fine ever since. I feel that this company was scamming me because I was out of town and this is a rental property.
The renters that were using the house at the time simply did not know how to operate the thermostat properly. I paid them their $135 service call but I’m glad I didn’t get scammed for the $600.

We had quite a few problems with my AC unit. Air Conditioning Services made it easy setting up an appointment and accommodating for next day service. Our technician Manny B. was exceptional! He was professional and very knowledgeable walking us through all options for repair. He was very timely with his work and went above and beyond in successfully getting our unit back up and running. Thank you to ACS, especially Manny and Sandra, for the great service provided. I am a very satisfied customer and I highly recommend this company.
