Ryan placed my grandfathers air conditioning system. He was so educated and thorough, I recommend this company and him to all my coworkers.

Before ACS installed my new split system, I was having a hard time with the quality of work and professionalism of other HVAC companies. I was blown away with the professionalism, quality and knowledge ACS provides with their customer service starting with my initial phone call to the last technician after installation was complete. They were thorough and neat inside my home. They didn't over sell me and gave me three great options and explained benefits well for each one. They were punctual and kept me in the loop the whole time during the installation process.

I did have an issue with the system the day after but their on call tech Noe was at my house within 30 minutes of the phone call which was after-hours. He fixed the issue which was part related. It was an honest bad part and being in the service industry myself I understand those things happen. It was awesome that Noe was able to come over as soon as he did.

I highly recommend them for service and installation. Mathew, Michael, Noe and Ryan were very nice and professional technicians and made the whole process and cost worth it. Thank you very much

We have been longtime customers of ACS through the years. We had them install a unit 5 years ago and have been very happy with the quality. Today, our Technician that came out was exceptional! He practiced safety with his mask and gloves, and was very professional. Our technician, Noe called after hours last night to talk through the issue and then said he would request to have it fit into his schedule to come out today. Upon arriving, he has been so thorough, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in troubleshooting the issue and ensuring everything is right. He should be recognized for his hard work and dedication to his work!

Our whole experience with this company was exceptional. This was our first company we met with and instantly we were impressed with the first survey done by Ryan who was very thorough with what the company had to offer. Within two weeks we had an appointment to install or new unit. The day of installation was amazing Matt and Will were very professional and made sure that everything was to our liking at the end of the job. Definitely will do more business with this company in the future!

My husband, Harry Lerner and I have recently had new AC system installed by ACS. We are both extremely pleased by the high level of professionalism from both the sales and installation crews. They have been highly customer oriented from the day of purchase through the post installation follow-up. ACS made a major purchase and installation very easy for us. The installation crews worked over 12 hours in a structured team approach. They left our garage cleaner than when they arrived. They were courteous and knowledgeable answering questions throughout the day. The office staff at ACS is most helpful with appointments, service follow-up etc. Ryan and Dan are tops in the industry demonstrating high level of customer focus combined with lots of industry knowledge. Would not hesitate to recommend this company. We use them for regular preventative maintenance also.

William, Mat, Joe, Raul, Eddie, & Phil (hope I didn't miss any of the crew) replaced two HVAC units with Daikin Fit Inverter Systems. They arrived on time, were very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. The quality of work was outstanding (they even fixed a few electrical glitches). If the systems perform as well as the installation crew, we will be extremely satisfied customers. Of course only time will tell with respect to the systems, but I would highly recommend ACS Air Conditioning Services.

ACS saved us. We had our 6 year old Trane system suffer a catastrophic failure when the system's capacitor (within the condenser) melted down in the middle of the night and melted all the wiring. The condenser was dead - all while in the middle of a epic, record-breaking heatwave. I called ACS at 6am and they were here by 11am the same day. Incredible. They diagnosed the problem, worked with us on options for our problem, and we had a new condenser up and running within 48 hours. Jon the technician was incredible; friendly, professional, and a very hard worker. ACS also provided us with two portable AC units to use while we were waiting for the new unit to be installed. This saved us and our pets from having to stay somewhere else.

To those reading this .... fair warning: read the fine print in your warranty for your AC system and see if it requires annual preventive maintenance to remain valid. We did not have annual maintenance, and our warranty for our $11,600 Trane heat pump system required it. Thus, we suffered a huge financial loss after just six short years for something that could have been diagnosed early and been a non-issue. Don't make the same mistake.

We got bids from various AC companies. ACS was the most reasonable company with excellent review. I can attest to why they receive such good reviews. The whole rocess was excellent from discusing what we wanted, providing options and recommendation for meeting our needs, through a timely and professional installation. Our installers, Matthew and Joe, were on time, knew what they were doing, and stayed longer to help with the app on my phone and to set up my thermostat. The system is working great and is so quiet compared to what we had before. Thanks everyone at ACS.

Jon came and provided a thorough evaluation and repair of our AC unit. We had previously had another company out through our home warranty, and they missed the issue. Jon was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. I would recommend Jon and ACS to friends and family.
