If I could give 10 stars I would. After getting three quotes from three different HVAC companies, I decided to go with ACS Heating and Cooling for a new install of the Daikin model AC System. This was a large purchase for my family and ACS completely understood that. They were not pushy or constantly calling me to get an answer from me. If I had a question the staff were more then willing to take the time to answer it. When I made the decision to go with ACS for the new install, they were in constant communication with me the whole time. I felt extremely comfortable using ACS Heating and Cooling. Overall, I am completely satisfied with this whole process and can notice a huge difference in my Air flow and heating. I will be using ACS for all my HVAC needs in the future. ACS technicians just completed the install of a new HVAC system for us. From bid process to completed install, the process was seamless. The company offers quality equipment and one of their best assets is their employees from Ryan in Sales, to Dan for preinstall and most of all, Abel and Matt for installation. We were treated extremely well, they showed great respect for our home and kept us apprised of how the installation was proceeding. They arrived on time and completed the installation in the timeframe anticipated. We can highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs.

Have used them for AC/heat pump maintenance for a few years now. First time was an emergency, they came out quickly and fixed my unit the same day. It's been running great, the twice yearly maintenance and occasional upgrades are worth it. I always get an appointment quickly, lots of included services with a maintenance contract.

Use this company several times and always an excellent complete experience. Top notch, get it right the first time, company.

ACS provided excellent technical and customer-oriented service in the installation of a heat pump and a mii-split in our older, split-level home. The work crew demonstrated strong mutual respect for one another and exhibited a real team spirit and pride in their performance. This company knows its products, trains and supports its work crews and fosters a climate conducive to high morale. I am very satisfied with both the process and the outcome.

My AC went out during a record breaking heat wave in mid June just before we were due to have the whole family visiting for the first time since the Covid pandemic. Our regular HVAC company couldn't come out for 6 days and referred us to ACS. To my surprise, John from ACS was able to come out that same evening. He quickly diagnosed the issue (bad startup capacitor) and got the AC running again. He then did a system checkup and discovered that the refrigerant was low. The system has been running perfectly for a month now. I was extremely pleased with the professionalism and response from ACS. They will be maintaining my HVAC system for the future. I highly recommend them!

Had five estimates. Tossed the high and low. Evaluated the remaining for value, guarantee, reputation and price.
ACS was head and shoulders above the rest.
Salesman Ryan represented the product and company well.
Make sure to ask for Matthew and William for your installation, as it and they were spot on. A tidy rooftop HVac package.

We unfortunately had to bite the bullet and get a new AC this year but I’m so grateful for ACS for their quick and professional installation! They made it a pleasant experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone! Communication was on point, technicians on time, professional and efficient. Couldn’t ask for a more.

They installed a new 3.5 Ton heating and cooling unit for my client. The install was seamless and the final check up went great. This is the 6th client I have used ACS to purchase and install. Always a great job.
