Tucker Hill Air, Plumbing and Electric - Tempe

The experience was good. I have no real basis for comparison. What started out as just a simple flush turned into needing a new hot water tank. Rigo was great. He explained everything that he was doing and why it was being done. Very thorough, he was. My advice to any and all that are willing to listen. If you have a hot water heater or any other appliance that requires annual maintenance, get it done! I am sure I sound like a commercial, but I honestly thought, looking at the outside of my water heater, it was all good! As for recommending Tucker Hill, I would say yes at this time. I'll keep you posted as time goes on.

Chris came to our home to flush our water heater and we realized it was time to install a new one! He did so the same day! He took time to carefully explain everything to us, and did a wonderful, seamless job of installing our water heater!

I called for the $39 water heater flush and plumbing inspection. Their service was excellent. Daniel Medina did an excllent job. He walked me thru a complete plumbing inspection while he took picutres documenting everything. The pictures are being sent to me so I can use them for future reference. Daniel explained a lot of things about the water heater that I was not aware of. He performed the service well above what I expected. I'd highly recomment this company.

All I can tell you is that the installation that Jimmy did was awesome. He is a credit to your company. I will with word of mouth let friends and family know what a great company you are thanks to Jamie and Chris.

Had a new unit installed in August and the furnace didn't work when it got cold. Called for service and they had someone out by 8 a.m. the next day. The first technician was not able to fix the problem but they sent two more technicians in the afternoon who worked for over two hours to make sure everything functioned properly. Thanks to Dustin and Ricky we finally have heat again!

Every tech from the lead journeyman to the
apprentice that was at my home was professional in every way. Everyone arrived at the time promised. Every question was answered and explained.
What I mean by professionally is not just doing the job correctly, which is always important, but conducting themselves as guest in my home, not like crude construction workers. The conduct of employees speak volumes of a company.
Everyone that I had contact with, from answering the phone to the work on my home gave me confidence that I made the right choice. If I were not retired, if I were an electrician and if I were looking fo a job, this would be the kind of company I would like work for.

Chris came to replace a faucet and angle stops for me. He fast and efficient very polite answered all of my questions and lastly was very professional 10/10 would definitely recommend.
