I called first thing in the morning & they were able to come out same day. They texted ahead so i knew when to expect them, diagnosed the problem & explained it to me in terms I understood. Then handled the repairs as quickly as possible. The tech was very courteous & professional. I will be recommending them to family & friends and definitely use them for future needs!

If I could give Dustin and Ricky 10 starts I would. They were on time, explained, so I could understand, the process of installing our new HVAC system. It was a huge investment for our home so I wanted to make sure I knew what was going on and how to properly maintain our new system. Their pride in their work was outstanding. I highly recommend this company!

Nathan was an incredible technician for our thermostat replacement. He came in (with an epic beard I might add) and fixed it. He went to engineering school and you can tell he knows his stuff. He got our system to stop running continuously which is a blessing for our electric bill. Couldn’t be happier with the service Nathan provided!!

We had new units installed about 6 months ago that required some adjustments and education on my part. Our Tucker Hill techs Dustin and Nathan where both excellent, courteous, prompt and informative. They addressed our issues quickly and our units are running top notch.

I am keeping Tucker Hill busy. I now had them install a new AC,
clean the ducts/vents and repair a scuttle. Tommy Moreno and Dustin Bunger were fantastic to work with. They both have gone above and beyond to make sure I understood what they were doing and what needed to be done. On the day of the AC installation Dustin was the AC installer. He worked very hard to get equipment up into the attic and the unit installed outside. It was a hot day and Dustin worked late into the evening to get everything done. Later that evening, Tommy came by (after he also had a long day with other assignments) to help Dustin finish up the job. Tommy came by a couple of days later to make sure the new AC was doing its job and to see if I was pleased with the unit and to ask if I had any questions. Today Dustin and Rick cleaned the ducts/vents. They were very careful to make sure nothing got damaged in my house and did a great job cleaning the vents and cleaning up all the dust afterwards. Dustin also repaired a scuttle and even painted it to match the room! He is very conscientious, thorough and caring about his job performance. These men all get 5 stars from me! Thank You!

Dustin does a great job! Super helpful and detail oriented. Great service, Dustin was super prompt, fixed our safety switch and got the AC back on.

Chris, plumber from TuckerHill was great. He did everything right. He was conscientious, detailed and truly knows his trade. Can’t miss with TH and Chris for your plumbing needs.
