Tucker Hill Air, Plumbing and Electric - Tempe

I use Tucker Hill for all of our plumbling, electrical, A/C needs. When our A/C went out over the summer, they were the most responsive company to come out and fix it. Based on their service, I bought their Tucker Hill plan membership. It's been a great value - they come out service times a year to check everything. They'll even call me to remind me that we are due for maintenance checks.
Today Nathan Raner came out to check our A/C/heating units. He was very thorough and professional. I have never had a bad experience with any of their techs.

Brandon Brady did great work. He was on time, professional, honest and went above and beyond. Brandon installed a new Ring doorbell. Replacements/additions were needed during the process and he was honest and did what was needed...not too much or too little. He went above and beyond by patching my wall that needed to be cut in the process. 5 stars for Brandon!

John is the man!! He was very professional and thorough. We called Tucker Hill and they sent John out the same day and he did a great job! We woul definitely use them again!

This is the 2nd time I have used Tucker Hill for a project. I can't say enough good things about this company. Yesterday, Daniel Medina came to my new home and replaced a non-functioning household water purifier with an amazing unit that both cleans the water of impurities AND softens it. He went out of his way to fix a previous shoddy job (another company) and made everything look and function beautifully. I absolutely trust Daniel and Tucker Hill. So nice to have personable, professional and trustworthy workers in my home. Highly recommend!

My second review in a month and Tucker Hill continues to impress. Our unit went out again and Tucker Hill had someone out the same day to try and fix it. Ultimately it was deemed a manufacturer defect on the unit itself. Tucker Hill fought for us and worked with the manufacturer to get us another brand new unit installed within 4 days of our initial call. They also gave us a huge discount on a full duct cleaning for our troubles. Dustin and Ricky assisted in the install of the new unit and the duct cleaning and were stellar as usual. Very happy with their services and would recommend Tucker Hill every time.

Very happy with the courteousness and professionalism of Miguel from Tucker Hill. I had a minor electrical problem (wi-fi light switch) that he fixed quickly while explaining the process. Highly recommended.

They sent me a card for the $39 water heater flush service, I called to schedule my service, everything was smooth until the day of service. Service was canceled, I got text asking me to call reschedule, which I did. Then this happened 3 times until I gave up. I guess they just don't want to do it, but why sent your customers the card? Not a trustworthy service provider.
