Angel Air Cooling & Heating, LLC

Called as my AC went out. Told them I was looking for a repair. Tech came and after looking at our system, told my husband that Angel Air only does new installations and does not repair. Called a different company (owner operated local business) and the tech came 2 days later. They repaired the AC for a fraction of what we were quoted for a new system by Angel Air. Really disappointed. If I had called the other company first, they would have been out the same day, but by the time I called them, they were booked solid. So, calling Angel Air ended up costing me an extra 300.00+ for having to stay in a hotel an extra 2 days and 70.00 for the service fee. I'm kicking myself for not calling the other company first. I see that Angel Air has tons of positive reviews. Actually they only have 5 star reviews, which I find strange.
After leaving a review on Housecall Pro for Angel, we got a message on our phone from the tech (this is now 5 days after he was here) about the review, saying they would like to speak to us! Why? What could they possibly do at this point. My system is repaired now.

Great customer service! We have used Angel Air for service in the past, and now have new AC units. They are responsive and techs are friendly and knowledgeable.

Have used this company for the last six years for maintenance on my new home unit. When the new home unit failed, these people came to our rescue. Definitely recommend them for both maintenance, and installs of new equipment. The techs who come out are very knowledgeable, efficient, and thorough. So glad I found this company when I arrived in Arizona.

Our air conditioner was not working. It was under warranty, so they did all the paperwork for us. Shvan was very friendly and professional and now we have a cool house.

The phone response when I called was friendly and professional. And they came out the next morning right on time . The service technician, Henry Silva, was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail about the future repair. Hope they send him out tomorrow to do the work!
Angel Air came highly recommended from a friend in the repair service and would not hesitate to recommend them ourselves.

Best experience with an AC company!! Everyone was so professional starting with the staff who answers the phone and schedules appointments, then the knowledgeable tech Mike, to the owner Jake who sent us the estimate. There were no hidden costs and no upselling. Just honest work. I am so grateful. Thank you Angel Air.
