I’ve been using Angel Air the last few years for our AC spring maintenance. They’re great!

Tech was very pleasant, courteous, professional and efficient. Very happy with the quality of the repairs made.

My almost 20 year old air conditioning system decided to quit blowing cold air on our 115 degree Sunday (6-12-2022). My first call was to Angel Air after seeing great reviews on the neighborhood FB page. Jake himself came out and got me back up and running cold. He's very friendly and easy to talk to and I really liked how much they use technology to communicate and provide quote options. I see now why his company is highly recommended! We are so grateful to Angel Air. Our AC stopped working and I called at 4pm and Patty was so helpful and concerned and had Mark come over right away. We did need to order parts and they were able to find the parts under warranty and had everything up and running the very next day. Mark was knowledgeable and professional. We are happy and cool now. Sam from Angel Air was timely and kept us updated throughout his services, showed us the damaged part and provided the cost to repair and replace before moving forward with the repairs required.

I would give 10 stars if I could. We were told by a different company that we needed repairs on our ac units. I called Angel Air and not only did they come out quickly, the communication about the appointment was above and beyond. They were honest and told us our AC unit does not need what the other company said. The honesty and integrity of this company is why I will use them for all my needs in the future and I highly recommend them .

We were pleased from the beginning to the end of our experience with Angel Air. We called and left a message early morning for an issue with our A/C unit, a return call from them happened quickly and they were able to give us an appointment for between 4 and 6. Our typical company could not come until at least Tuesday.......we will no longer be using said company again.

We were told that we would receive a text when they were on their way, this happened before 4:00, they arrived right around the 4:00 hour. Mike and Sam were super nice, and listened to us, which was refreshing. They knew in less than 15 minutes what was wrong and were done in less than a 1/2 hour.

They were super informative and kind, let us know exactly what was wrong and what the charge would be. Showed us a video of the issue, it was in the attic and then outside to look at the drain line, both before and after it was fixed.

We are looking forward to using them for our regular maintenance. Their prices are super competitive, we were thrilled to know that we were not charged an after hours/holiday fee or up-charge for coming out on a Sunday on a holiday weekend.

Kudos to Angel Air, they were truly our ANGEL today.
