Angel Air Cooling & Heating, LLC

Angel Air came and fixed one of our HVAC systems which had quit cooling. Their HVAC tech VaShawn arrived and replaced faulty capacitors and got the AC running. VaShawn also checked out our 2nd system and asked if we wanted to replace what he described as an incorrect sized (microfarads) capacitor in that unit even though it was working at the time. We decided to go with the bigger capacitor. This is the second time we’ve use Angel Air and are satisfied with their service. We recommend them for AC service.

We first used Angel Air to get a second opinion when another company told us our 2-3 yr old A/C was shot. Glad we did. The unit was fixed promptly and they even dealt with warranty issues for us. Employees are knowledgeable, professional, friendly and HONEST. Since then, we have had Angel Air do preventative maintenance on our air and heat units yearly to keep our HVAC in top shape so it will last. Highly recommend this company.

Our upstairs air started blowing hot over the weekend. I saw positive reviews about Angel Air on a neighborhood Facebook group and reached out to see if there was any availability for same day. I was able to get in and Jake actually arrived early (thank goodness). Jake was honest about poor prior workmanship on the home (not surprised, bought the house from an interesting family a few years back) and offered multiple solutions, voicing his opinions about the best options. Wonderful service. It's been a wonderful experience and I highly recommend.

Seth was amazing, we had a different company come out prior to him who basically said the HVAC unit was fine. When Seth came out, he took a lot longer, he was thorough and came to us with actual pictures showing just how bad the condition of the HVAC was. Thanks to Angel Air, I know what expenses I am walking into purchasing this home if I don't change the AC now. I am thankful I found this company, they will be my go to moving forward and I am also thankful they have an employee like Seth because he was just wonderful.
