Angel Air is simply the BEST in the entire valley. Our AC went out in the wee hours of the morning. I had initially reached out to my Home Warranty Company (American Home Shield) and requested a service repair, which they catalogued as an “emergency.” My emergency request was made at 2 AM. By 1015 AM, when their contracted company hadn’t reached out to me, I called that company and left a message and also sent them a text. No response. I called the home warranty company and they said, despite the 112 degree heat, I had to wait another 4 HOURS for their contracted company to respond before I could cancel and contract my own company. After a few choice words, I immediately canceled my service request AND my home warranty because home warranties are literally a joke that contract the bottom of the barrel companies. I immediately picked up the phone and called my absolute favorite company, Angel Air. Brenda answer the phone and was very compassionate. She immediately got an appointment scheduled with Phillip, their on call service technician. Happily, Philip was running ahead of schedule and came over not even an hour later. He was super professional and friendly, and fixed my issue within 10 minutes. This is the second time I have dealt with Angel Air and I can say emphatically that I will never ever ever ever ever call another company again. No need for a home warranty. Take the premiums you would otherwise pay each month and stick it in a savings account. My issue was resolved through Angel Air VERY economically! Owner, Jake, is one of the best humans around and he has set the tone for an absolutely amazing company with the best HVAC technicians around. Don’t look any further. Just call the best.

I would highly recommend Angel Air to anyone looking for service, or replacement of their AC unit. My AC had completely quit working. Made a call to Angel Air and they were able to send someone the same day to take a look at it and quote a replacement. He spent about an hour and half with the unit and was able to get it to work just long enough for us to wait the few days out for the new replacement to arrive. That was fantastic. I have not experienced many service people who will go the extra mile for their customers, and at that point, we were still considered an estimate appointment, not yet a confirmed customer. That played a huge part in our decision to hire Angel Air.

Once the day arrived for our new unit to be installed, the guys showed up promptly at 6 AM and began working. They were friendly, courteous, polite and clean. I know the last part sounds like it doesn’t matter, but there’s nothing worse than a stinky service person who spends time inside your home and once they leave, their odor stays behind. Not with these guys. Another huge plus.

They kept me in the loop on how things were progressing during the day. Once they were finished, they left their work space tidy, and cleaned up all their debris outside, as well. No trace of them except for the brand new AC unit they left behind for us to enjoy.

To the crew at Angel Air and the ladies I spoke with in the office, you are all much appreciated! Thank you!

Phillip was awesome as was the company. Very responsive. Our ac choose to die on the hottest day of the year and we had plans to make sourdough for the upcoming San Tan Valley Market so we were hoping for fast service. Phillip got here hours before scheduled and finished the job in 30. We couldn’t be happier ❤️

FULL 5 STARS! If I could give 6 stars I would. I was facing a fairly sizable repair. The system was 6 years old and had a major Freon leak in the evaporative coil. Angel Air gave me a quote to replace the coil and never once tried to sell me anything. I asked about replacing the entire system and the owner actually told me it was premature to do so as the equipment still had some life. No pressure at all. With family coming in they made some things happen and I got my new system. I recommend Angel Air for their professionalism, responsiveness, great value for the price, and just because the owner and the entire service and install team were great to do business with. Now I am worry free on this system for the next 10 years. Thanks to Jake Angel and his entire team.

A/C went out Monday night and was on the phone 1st thing Monday morning before Angel Air even opened. Got a call back and a response to an email, worked with Scott and Patty who got a compressor picked up and an installation tech to my house by 11a. By 1p had a newer, better A/C installed and working and by 2p house was back to it's normal temp that we keep it at.

Can't give Angel Air enough props for their service (in person and via email), professionalism and speed of service to ensure my dogs didn't have to suffer too much during the day! I would never switch to another company for any of my HVAC needs as they have a customer for life!

Vashawn was so kind, courteous and very professional. He was also very knowledgeable and proficient in his craft.

We initially had another company scheduled and they cancelled. We called Angel Air and they were there in a few hours.

I will only use this company moving forward for the duration of my time living here in Queen Creek, AZ

Another gold star for Angel Air. I called at 7:50 pm expecting a recording but Brenda answered. She tried to help but couldn't so I had someone here Saturday to fix the problem. Can't say enough about their customer service and quick appointments
Great Job

During the first week of 100° days this season, we noticed a musty smell coming from the A/C vents. When I called Angel Air, I was thrilled that I was able to get a next day appointment at a time that was convenient for us.

Miguel arrived on time and thoroughly assessed the state of our HVAC system. He made some recommendations to replace the compressor and condenser fan capacitors, since they were out of range. (no big surprise there, I knew that they were old) He then went up into the attic and found that we had quite a bit of sediment on our evaporator core and drain pan, which was causing the odor that we had detected.

Miguel thoroughly explained the cost of repairs and offered us various service packages as well. We chose to go with a short term service package which gave us great piece of mind going forward and didn't cost much more than the needed repairs anyway.

We approved all repairs, and Miguel got right to work! He spent a lot of time cleaning years of debris from the condenser fins outside (we had neglected our HVAC maintenance for some time) and he showed up pictures of all of debris build up on our evaporator core and drain pan in the attic. Yuck! Once he addressed that mess, we could immediately smell the "dish soap fresh" air circulating in the house.

Miguel was friendly, informative, and very pleasant to work with during the entire three hour service call. We had used Angel Air for an A/C checkup 3 years ago, and we'll keep using them for as long as we live in the area.

DaShawn was on time and advised via text when he was coming. Showed up ready to work and get things done. He worked quickly and thoroughly through our system. Corrected some things that were not handled by the original installer. Advised me of all the things he did for our preventative maintenance. Another great experience! Love Angel Air will not go anywhere else!

Tyler, Scott and the crew did an excellent job fixing the issues caused by my previous contractor. They explained the problems, came up with solutions and executed on those solutions while keeping me in the loop the entire time. Great company, great people and great service! Thank you
