Third time we've had Scott perform our semiannual HVAC maintenance - very happy with his work and level of service!

I would highly recommend SCOTTSDALE Air Heating and Cooling. The sales, service, and back office are amazing and so easy to work with! Big shout out to Jacob and Russ for one of the best experiences during a very stressful time. They are so great to work with and I felt like they were honest about what I needed and the prices were very fair for the replacement of our unit. The service group who installed the unit are incredible as well. All around awesome experience!!!

We have owned our home in Scottsdale for 32 years and have had a few air conditioners installed during that time. This last time we shopped several different companies before we chose Scottsdale Air. Absolutely the best experience from walking in the door, shopping product, installation and most importantly, customer service. Mike and his entire staff were very professional and friendly. Dave, with Scottsdale Air & Heating has been servicing our Train Heat Pump for several years and does an excellent job and explanation of the issues if any. We have lived here for over 20 years and have had the opportunity to deal with many HVAC companies and Scottsdale Air Heating & Cooling are by far the best.

The technician who serviced my house did a great job but the guy who came out after to look at my unit was a very pushy salesman (who insisted he wasn’t a salesman, you know the type). He told me I needed a $10,000 system replacement, but I thought that was extreme. I had a family friend recommend someone who came out and let me know that was a crazy overreaction and that all I needed was more refrigerant and my system would be good for the year. Had I just trusted this company I would’ve bought an expensive whole system in the middle of summer rather than maintain my existing unit for longer. Very dodgy business practice and I would not recommend them to someone else, but if you do use them make sure you get another quote from another company at the very least.

John with Scottsdale Air Heating & cooling serviced our 3 year old unit. We called to balance the air. He did that and so much more. He discovered a flaw from the original contractor that could have cost us our new unit. He fixed that free of charge. He was joined also by Justin and I could not recommend Scottsdale Air highly enough. Thank you for being competent and honest.

I've had Scottsdale AC out several times to fix problems. They are always competent, responsive and helpful. They've come out several times on very short notice. The technician is very thorough and explains everything he did. I've been very happy with their service.

We have used Scottsdale Air for many years and have always been happy with their work; they are professional, reliable, and they don't try to upsell us on things we don't need. They are the only company we use to maintain and repair our heating and cooling systems.

I can't say enough good things about Scottsdale Air. I was having major issues with my Trane unit. Two other companies had come out and said they couldn't work on it because it was a Trane. Scottsdale Air is Trane Comfort Specialist. They sent someone out with 2 hours. This was later on a Friday. They diagnosed the problem and said they would be back first thing on Monday to repair it. They called before they even opened on Monday with a quote and sent a tech out that day. Dave (the tech) is an awesome guy! He definitely knows his stuff. He double checked eveything before starting the repairs and discovered that the problem was another part that was actually less expensive than what I thought had to be repaired. The Trane unit is working great now. Thanks to Dave and everybody at Scottsdale Air!

We had a troubled gas heater acting up. It took multiple companies across several days to troubleshoot. Nobody could figure out the problem until Dave got on the job. Dave provided impeccable service and worked through the problem over a holiday weekend. He showed up Monday and got it fixed. Great spot Dave!
