Scott was simply great. He came as promised "within the hour" after my call, found the fan on the AC unit had burned out motor and replaced it and got the unit working. All done within one hour after he arrived. This work was on the roof with temperature around 108F. This was on a Sunday afternoon about 4:00 pm.
I recommend Airforce1 to anyone who needs prompt response and good work done by one who is committed to good service.
I will be remiss if I did not point out how professional, responsive
and courteous his office Assistant Linda was. Good team!

I had Scott replace two AC units in two different houses in 2018 and have not had an issue since. He had the lowest price and best value. Today, I asked him to look at another house which he did for no charge and again provided me with the best value quote. He does not charge a "summer time" surcharge like others do (I had one quote 2x his). He and his wife Linda are a family business and they are good people. I would always recommend contacting them.

I worked with this company in the past and had a good experience. This time I called several times and spoke to Linda and Scott both and they failed to keep a install schedule 3 different times. I get everyone is busy but don’t schedule a install appointment if you can’t make it. At least call and let me know you’re not coming. Not happy with this experience.

Scott, the owner was very informative, gave me several options to choose from, he even showed me how to clean the coils. I would highly recommend this company.
