I looked this co up because I was curious if they had reviews. Again, assigned through home warranty. Tech was extremely rude. He could care less to listen to what was going on with our AC over the phone, prior to responding to our home. Still not interested in listening when he showed up. To avoid writing a book on his 15 min visit I will say there is power in #’s. He obviously has no desire to change considering the comments remain consistent throughout the years. Extremely rude, does not listen and takes no initiative to troubleshoot problems. Avoid this co.
Well I am glad it's not just me. Lee was sent to our house through our home warranty and frankly couldn't have been any ruder. He was huffing and puffing at 830 am complaining about the heat. um, we live in AZ and it's August. We had to chase him down to make an appointment for AC repair in the first place. After he checked the unit for 5 minutes he indicated he could not service it because it was overheated. He basically berated us for running the fan and left in an abrupt tizzy. fortunately I contacted our home warranty and they authorized need for an out-of-network vendor. That vendor was out to my home within 2 hours of Lee being there and was able to diagnose the unit in 10 minutes and fix it and less than 50. he also indicated the unit was hot, however he did his job and took a hose up there and hosed it down to cool and while he was there decided to go above and beyond and clean the coils and everything else for us. It is clear to me reading some of these reviews that this is a consistent behavior from this guy and his company, as some of these reviews are over two years old. So apparently that is the way he does business. I have notified my home warranty company and they are going to now look into other complaints. Shouldn't be too hard to find. Do not, I repeat do not use this AC vendor. He will only have wasted the 48 hours that you've already been in heat only to be extremely disappointed by his ineptness and rudeness.
I absolutely agree with the prior reviews! Lee was rude, totally out of shape and clearly did not want to work. He was assigned to me through my home warranty. He actually said to me if I want faster service, call someone else. He can't get back here for a few days. Meanwhile, it's 90 degrees and climbing. I could write pages about the incompetence and rudeness of this guy, but suffice it to say, I totally share the experience of the other reviewers.

I told him I could survive the weekend with space heaters since it was the holiday and I had a lot going on. We scheduled for 9 AM Monday. At 8:15 he called me and left a message saying that because "everything was closed", there was no point in coming out and that we'd have to reschedule for the next day. I called him back 2x and told him there was no reason he couldn't at least come diagnose the problem and get the part the next morning b/c I had to go back to work the next day. I knew for a fact Home Depot was open too, so it just seemed like a BS excuse to me. He never called me back so I called my warranty company for a new referral.
I made an appointment on a Friday, the earliest they could service my broken heater was Tuesday between 8:00 AM and Noon. At 10:00 AM I called to confirm the tech would be out, as I had received no word by that time. I was informed that they did not have a tech available due to family emergency, thus my service would not be performed. Why did they not call me at any time between the 4 days from appointment until MY checking on them Tuesday 2 hours into the appointment time ? I will not use them, nor do I suggest others use them if they need reliable service.
Very rude. I was given them through my home warranty and the man cursed me out because I have medical problems and needed them to fix our AC while our house was over 100 degrees and I'm throwing up from the heat. Said he wasn't going to show.
This man was so rude to my husband that we were concerned to even allow him in our house. Then he called me and was so rude to me and then HUNG UP on me! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
