Did a wonderful showing us how to get costumers to open up, letting them do the talking. Presented it in a way we could all understand.

The methodology and philosophy of SBE is a refreshing alternative to the training I have received for the last 34 years. Add to that the energetic and informative presentation by Darbi, and these two days were incredible. I am already looking forward to the next training opportunity.
