Well I guess I’m not the only one. If they’re driving is a representation of the quality of their work. Fast, impatient and just driving up my rear end. Then perhaps this isn’t a company you should use?
I'm a very experienced tech of 35 years in commercial and industrial, highly varied venues. I'm nearly a year working for them now and have seen enough to develop a comparative opinion. Ontario appears to be doing a great job attracting talent similar to my own. As an experienced tech I have choices on where I work. The compensation is attractive, and the stress is low. I enjoy working with other experienced techs that talk the talk and walk the walk. There are around 160 techs working for Ontario. It's quite frankly a well run ship. It's no suprise to see ambiguous complaints. I get the sense other companies register us as a certain market threat. While I meet intelligent techs from other companies at parts houses too, clearly they must contend with us for a place at the top.
A year later they are still running red lights and getting in accidents. Like tonight. Right in front of me. Do your techs not get paid for the minute and a half they stop at a red light?
The law would describe their employees driving as wreckless. I will describe it as out to kill somebody. Watch yourself whenever these guys are around.
Thank you hugo for the jump start! Nobody else would help out but he took a couple minutes out of his day to help a stranger and that should say a lot about the company.

Very unprofessional. Stay clear of this company. Use any other hvac company but save yourself the aggravation of using these people.
