I completed SBEs CSR training and it was fantastic. There were so many great ideas and tools for not just providing good customer service but for taking our customer service to the next level.

Derrick was excellent in his delivery and engagement. He got everyone involved and made sure the information was being absorbed and relayed back to him . Was super funny too lol I think we all had a great time.

The SBE training has given me new tools to better understand and help our clientele achieve their goals and mine as well.
