I called Meadow Air when my AC went out on a Saturday afternoon with 110 degree heat. The company I've dealt with for years told me they couldn't get a tech to my house until Sunday or Monday. Cory at Meadow Air came to my house at 7PM on Saturday, and diagnosed my problem. We agreed to have a new AC system installed on Monday morning. Cory was able to bypass the compressor shut off that normally would protect the system, so that I had AC for the next two days. He didn't charge me for any of his work, even though he had every right to do so. On Monday, Robert and Thomas came to install my new system, and worked diligently on a very hot day to replace my old unit. They were consummate professionals, and installed my new, quiet and efficient Amana unit. Today, the drywall guys came to fix the trim around my attic, where they had to enlarge the opening to get the old unit out, and the new one in. Again, these two guys were very proficient, showed up on time, and did great work. I can't say enough good things about Meadow Air. They came through for me when I really needed them, and did great work. I recommend them without reservation.

I called for a HVAC maintenance check. The representative was very friendly and helpful. They were able to squeeze me in the next day and were able to accommodate my schedule.

The technician, Robert, was very friendly. He completed my maintenance and gave me a full report of my systems. While he had recommendations there was no hard sales. Much appreciated. And he didn’t leave any mess behind. Also appreciated.

Charged me $460 to replace a capacitor on a Saturday. This is the absolute highest I have ever heard of anyone paying for the 20 minute replacement of a $15 - $20 part in my life.

If you have another option, your bank account will thank you. We could not afford this but didn't have a choice. 😐
