Daniel, the serviceman, was very clean and very personable. He even put up with Lily, my barking dog, until I could find my BARK BUSTER. Daniel kept right on doing his job! Great vendor!!!

Robert was really nice everything went really well did a great inspection of everything in the furnace. The thermostat the AC unit told me what possibly could go wrong or when it will go wrong maybe because everything is over 20 some years old.

Our technician Richard W. was outstanding! He is experienced enough to troubleshoot it before he even opened the unit. He was very personable, experienced and a very nice gentleman. If and when the time arises we will definitely be using Meadow Air again! Thanks Richard!

A/C technician was professional and polite. Took his time to ensure the tune-up was done properly and the coils were thoroughly cleaned. Made some good recommendations on a couple things to do to make the A/C unit last a few years longer and running well in this AZ heat. Would use Meadows Air again and considering signing up for their annual maintenance plan.

Richard did an amazing job of returning and making things right for us. They were professional and super courteous. We found the issue and educated us on what was necessary to have it completed. Thank you guys so much for the prompt desire to make things right for us. Like I said I knew I was an isolated incident.

So by no means am I a certified HVAC tech and I respect their trade however there were lots of flags that I saw in my interaction here. For a service I was told “we just rinse off your coils, & inspect there isn’t anything wrong, the service call is essentially just to get in your door”. Ok, the levels of refrigerant weren’t assessed, the temperature of the air exiting the vents wasn’t measured at the beginning or the end of the visit, panels weren’t removed off unit to actually clean them, and when comparing the wattage usage from my unit over the last 5 days it was the exact same as before this service. All in all, I know I could be an isolated example but my expectations of this service call were to improve the efficiency of my unit, reclaim lost performance or even identify opportunities within the unit and it seems as though nothing was actually done aside from rinsing coils.

Cory C is very professional and honest technician I learned something very important yet very simple on how to know if your home AC freon is good and other things that he told me. What a learning experience from him. I’m very happy to give him 5 stars and I definitely keep him as my AC service technician from now on
