Meadow Air Heating & Air Conditioning

This was a great experience dealing with Meadow Air. Robert V. and his team did an outstanding job installing the system at our house. They were professional, considerate, accurate, and clean. Robert V. kept us informed about the status of the installation, best practices as well as how to handle the new system. Meadow Air also did an outstanding job helping us with financing the new system and made sure we get the best deal. I definitely recommend them for any HVAC job and will use them for sure to handle any future jobs.

The technician, Cory, was professional and courteous. Did a great job and was very efficient. Makes a home owner feel at ease while he's in and around the house.

Robert was our AC tech today, and I can honestly say he was the most professional and thorough tech I have ever used. I bought my unit in 2014 from Penguin Air. They came out yeary for 3 years (until their service warranty was up). After the 3rd year, each time they came out, it was to try and sell me something I did not need. The same thing happened with Bell AC and Rescue Air. It was more of a 'sales' call than a service call. Robert is beyond professional in the service department. When he left today, I told him I would see him next year for my AC tune up, and I meant it. I don't plan on using anyone else from now on other than Meadow Air. Thank you, Cristen

Had them come out to fix one of my air conditioners and told him I put a new thermostat in to check if I hooked it up right . He said it was hooked up right and that my condenser had a leak and it needed to be replaced. Not sure how he knew it had a leak never put any gouges on it to see where the freon levels where at. Tried to sale me 2 new units for $ 21,000.00. Had a different company come out and said it was wired wrong and fixed the wires and it works perfect. All this company did was ripe me off for $100.00 for a service call that they did nothing at all.

The Technician was very professional, and very knowledgeable. Great communication, and friendly. I will definitely use them again!
