John came out to check out my heating and AC system and give me an estimate on replacing the aged thing. He spent time explaining how the systems are built, how they function, warranties, purchase options, maintenance plans, product options, even why mine is so noisy. Then he sent me estimates for two different systems along with their warranty and maintenance information. He was friendly, polite, knowledgeable, patient, and Not condescending. It wa a great experience. Thanks John.

I originally had Meadow Air Heating & Air Conditioning perform maintenance cleaning on my A/C-Heating Unit. Great service! I was so impressed with the follow-up call to make sure the unit is still performing at its best. The technician found a problem with a significant part and told me about the need for it to be replaced and with the recommendation to replace it now not later or I might incur future big problems. I did - and it is performing so much better!! I trust this company wholeheartedly and will definitely contact them again in time of need.

Tech came out and told me the unit was old from 2002 then said 2007. After researching how to tell the age of the unit on the manufacturer website it was determined that the unit based on the serial number was manufactured Oct 2014 and according to the previous owner was installed March 2015. The tech told me I needed a new unit for $9,000. I called another company whose tech confirmed the age of the unit and said it was in perfect condition and found that my reversing switch was not wired correctly. Took 10 minutes to fix and cost me $150. The honest tech from the other company tested the heat and AC before leaving and left me in great shape. Lesson is to always call for a second opinion as this saved me $8,850. I feel it’s because I’m a single female and the tech from this company was trying to take advantage of me.

Extremely satisfied with the services provided by Robert, who patiently explained everything he was doing and why it was important and, unlike some service companies I've dealt with, show no irritation at me following him around and watching over his shoulder. Will use Meadow Air in the future and will refer them without hesitation.

They were quick, same day response. The estimate I received was $2000 more than the estimates I received from two other companies with the same warranties , so I didn’t use their services.
