This will always be my AC company I use…

Horrible service. They rigged our AC so that we have to manually turn it off and on via the breakers outside. It’s been like this over three weeks. They promise to come out to repair but never show up and they don’t return calls. They ordered a part that my home warranty paid for but they never installed. I had to ask my home warranty for another company. Very disappointing.

Ray was professional, friendly and efficient. He fixed the issue quickly and our heat is now working!

Magma was responsive to my needs. The repairman Kevin was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem. A/C works perfect. I would definitely use Magma Air Again and highly recommend them to all.

Our AC ceased working on Wednesday mid afternoon; during the dog days of summer. Corey came out Thursday morning to assess the situation. He did so efficiently and honestly. Due to Magma HVAC's excellent response time; we had a new ac unit/heat unit installed within 2 days time! Thank you Ray and Corey for your professionalism; as well as Magma's efficiency. I will definitely be recommending this company to everyone I know.

The guy was super nice. But more than that he was able to fix our air conditioner on the first visit in less than 10 minutes. Praise the Lord!!!
