Appointment set, rescheduled for three hours later and never showed up. No call or email. Next day I called at 8:00am and no one would call to schedule. Showed up, installed new unit. Installer left. Never turned on breaker and when we did, the brand new unit did not power up. No response or call back as to why they left with a brand new unit that doesn’t work. 108 degree in Mesa and no AC.

My technician was able to show up days before the other company that was called which was amazing because it was 114 degrees and my AC was not cooling! He was very professional, kind, helpful, quick and efficient! My AC was running low on Freon and was good as new in less than 1hr and affordable. I will definitely use this company again!

This was by far the worst experience I have had with a home warranty and with a company. They couldn't schedule out for over a week, then missed their appointment day and time, then rescheduled without my consent for a day I was out of town. The second attempt, the tech showed up 5 hours late (after multiple calls to the direct AC company who would not answer). The tech then said that he would recommend a full replacement of our unit, then took over a week to submit the report to home warranty, and the report said only the compressor. Then to top it all off, it was an additional $1700 out of pocket for us PAST the home warranty. I would never recommend them or this home warranty every again. `If you want an AC company with customer service and who answers the phone, do NOT go with them.

Roman and his crew are the best professionals that I enjoyed to invite and work with on our air conditioning unit for past 20 years. They are providing great diagnostics and only fixing what is broken, which is rare to find this days. I am greatly recommending them to anyone.

Roman was extremely responsive. I called for my ac to be checked at 7:30 in the morning and Roman was here within an hour and a half. He listened to our concerns of our unit running constantly, over 20 hours, every day and took his time evaluating the issue. Luckily, we only needed a recharge of freon. Roman let us know if we continue to have an issue he will come back out. Magma is a locally owned business and we are happy to support them! Thank Roman!

The tech missed the first appointment entirely, with no communication. I had to call and reschedule - and was only able to get the tech to come the next day when I complained and demanded that it happened.

Once the tech got to the house, he was very professional and did an excellent job.

Called MAGMA HVAC at about 8 am. They were here by 9:30. Repairs done by 11:30 and their price was better than competitors. The technician was fast, friendly and took the time to answer my questions. Very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend their service.
