From first talking to Jordan to set a convenient appointment to having Maurice show up on time, the scheduling and execution of the schedule was perfect.
When Maurice arrived, he listened closely to the mild concerns I had about one if the units which will rattle a bit when it starts up. I had another company contracted up until 6 months ago to come and inspect the 3+ year old Trane units on my roof. Maurice found that one of the panels was missing 3 screws. It may have been the noise culprit, and likely from the previous company that last inspected the units, but in any case, he went ahead and replaced the screws. He gave me a full verbal report and within minutes of his departure, I had emails with reports of the A/C’s health. To be sure I will be calling Knight A/C in the future!

Had AC replaced. Good news, AC works, bad news, only living room/kitchen cools because airflow. Also had to endure 2 days of expected construction like noises and 2 dudes in and out, which is ok because it's an install, I get it. What was not expected was the leaving of trash (soda cup, sandwich wrappers, energy drink can) and AC mess overnight in the house, all over porch. And then, pulling of wires because 1 of the guys is "learning". Which is a likely contributor to a 1 day job turning into 2 full days and night. Not only that, here I am a full 7 days later still with a huge whole in the cilieng because they "dont have availability" to come repair the dry wall the AC replacement caused. Fact is businesses prioritize work. From my experience, finishing a job from beginning to end in an efficient and reasonably timed manner is not priority with this business. Hopefully this coming Saturday they finish the job (which will be a full 10 days from when they started).
