Honest, reliable family owned company. Carissa & Georgia in the office always do their very best to make sure we are always taken care of and the technicians are always kind and courteous. We started using knight air conditioning 10 years ago and we have been so well taken care of. Chuck Knight is as honest as they come. I trust what he says and knows he ALWAYS does the very best for our family. I love doing business with good honorable companies and Knight Air Conditioning is as GOOD as they come.

We have been with Knight Air Conditioning for years and have always found them to be knowledgeable and very honest. They show and explain the testing results and make suggestions for timing of repairs based on the maximum usage of the part before problems arise.

I am a new home owner to the area, Matt was the first to service my airconditioning units and today my Heating system maintenance. He is very nice, professional and has done a great job. I am confident that I am in good hands. Matt was so nice the first time I met him that I went ahead and had Chuck Knight consult with me about a mini-split airconditioning unit for my garage. We went ahead and had this company install the unit in my garage. Chuck was also great, I am very pleased with the garage unit and instead of 120 degrees in my garage frying my vehicle batteries, I can keep it comfortably in the 80's. I highly recommend Matt, Chuck, and knight airconditioning.

I had requested service for a noisy handler, unfortunately my ac completely stopped working the night before my appointment. I called the answering service around midnight and they attempted to move things around so I could be seen sooner. It was a last minute change so I wasn't upset when I had to keep my original time. Matt took a look at my handler and immediately gave a diagnosis, a different (and correct) one, unlike another company which was out recently. Matt was polite, broke everything down for me, ordered a new part, and arrived back promptly the same day to complete the repairs, all in awful heat. I will absolutely utilize their services again as well as refer them to friends and family.

Jesse was very awesome. He came out on Mar 18 2021 and found out the fan on our A/C unit had stopped working, so he replaced it with a refurbished model and now the A/C / Heat works well again. Very professional and I appreciate Knight A/C.

Matthew E was fantastic. Came out to fix a blower motor that was stuck "ON" and I was very pleased. Date was Feb 2 2023. I would recommend Knight A/C to everyone! Family owned and they are wonderful to work with to get your A/C / Heater fixed, and to get your Duct work cleaned.

I called in the morning with a warm blowing AC and spoke with Jane the coordinator(very pleasant). She was able to get me an early next day appointment and said maybe sooner. To my surprise, I got a call back from Jane at around 3:30 pm. She said that a technician had just finished a job in my area and could come right over. Matt the technician was very professional and went over everything that could be wrong. After performing pressure, diagnostics, etc. he said there was a Freon leak and he could fix it. I was over the moon happy with the customer service and Matt’s expertise. Thank you Knight Air-conditioning!!!

Matt was awesome- prompt, professional and courteous! Very easy going and made the difficult job of replacing the outside evaporator coil look like a breeze. Keep him Chuck, he is a great tech!!!
