I had not had anyone out to do a annual service on my AC because the other companies I used always claimed I needed a new part. After the last visit I just said no to replacing the part and low and behold it never was a problem. Mauricio showed up ten minutes early. He went up and did the seasonal maintenance on the unit. When he was done no surprises. I will be using Knight Air Conditioning in the future.

I have been using Knight Air Conditioning for years. Quality service. Recently had a summer tune up (5/2019). Augie G. did a great job and places well deserved pride in his work. Confidence I can trust.

Diagnosed the problem and recommended the best solution. Completed repairs correctly and quickly.

Update!!!! Received preventive maintenance on units and requested dryer vent cleaning.
All I can say is Wow! Jesse is our tech, and the immaculate detailing of everything exceeds all expectations. Knight Air is THE BEST with infinite 🏅🏅🏅🏅🏅🏅🏅...

I loved working with Chuck Knight. He was responsive and helpful. However, watch out for Carisa in the office. I had several mistakes with her over the past 6 months that cost me over $1,000. Needless to say I do not recommend this company and I will certainly not be using them again.

Update: Chuck came a little after the time slot he gave me. He was very cordial and kind and personable. I am upping the company’s ratings from a one to a three just based on that one interaction. I am still disappointed that the company wasted my time initially, but he was very professional when he actually came.

My landlord chose this company for routine maintenance on the A/C unit at the house we're renting. The first tech that came was timely and professional, but informed me that the unit was old and cracked. A day after this my landlord said the owner of the company was going to come and look at the unit. I got a last minute message on a Saturday evening saying that he would be by shortly. I rushed home from work but he never came. This was before a holiday weekend. I didn't hear back until the following Tuesday that apparently some sort of communication issue happened. ??? The company scheduled a follow up the following Tuesday. I waited the entire 4 hour time slot and (of course) no one came. I didn't hear from my landlord until late (while I was in class at night) that someone was running late and would show up eventually. Unsurprisingly, no one came. I just heard back from my landlord that someone (lol) will be coming NEXT Tuesday.... we shall see.... If the company was as quick with their communication to their customers as they are with replying to their bad Google reviews maybe they wouldn't be getting a bad review?

We purchased a new unit from Knight in December 2018. Unfortunately, we just keep having problems despite multiple visits from this company and all the great reviews this company gets. We paid more than $10,000 for a new air conditioner and now we sit with no a/c on Labor Day Weekend.

Matthew showed up on time and was professional and courteous and patient. He answered all of my questions without rushing and had a friendly and engaging demeanor. Would highly recommend.

Great experience dealing with Librado V. My family and I were referreed to Kinight Air Conditioning by our realtor. Upon contacting them we were able to get an appointment ASAP. Very professional and punctual. Actually showed up earlier than the window of arrival that I was quoted. I even was given some extra advice that will go a long way in making sure my AC unit works efficiently and will have somee longevity. Overall, very pleased with quick response and the professional work done. Would highly recommend.
