I set up for service on my 10 year warranty, they called me to reschedule so I did. Again they called me to reschedule. twice in four days. Very frustrating and I would not purchase anything from them again. They love your money but they do not honor what they write or say.

I would like to thank Garret my technician who came out and represented this company with very high level customer service and troubleshooting abilities. Very honest diagnostics and backed it with pictures and videos so I can clearly see the problem for myself.
This is the company you want servicing your home.

Caleb was polite, professional, respectful of property and throughly explained the inspection and maintenance preformed on the system.
He sent videos of what he was doing while conducting the inspection. He then explained if I had questions.
He made recommendations of items in need of repair or preventative maintenance.
There was no pressure to purchase additional items.
Explained all paperwork.

Caleb was professional and detailed in his explanation of what our system needed and what he did as part of the semi-annual maintenance contract. He presented options clearly and explained things so that we had a good understanding. Providing videos of the maintenance checks so that we could follow along.

We had Bryan W. here for preventative maintenance. We have had him here before. We love his honesty. He explains the little things very well for people like my husband and I. Bryan is a very cheerful guy and that makes the entire appointment enjoyable.

Jorge R did such an excellent job installing my AC unit for my garage. It took all day but that's because he took his time, he thought about the look and made sure it looked good cosmetically. He trenched to hid the piping. Everything along the wall was neat and straight. The AC unit was put in an ideal location outside the garage, and the other part of the unit was hung nicely in an inconspicuous location while delivery cool air. The unit works great, way better than I could've imagined. I love the remote features. I was able to paint the piping and other fixtures the next day. I've attached some pics to see how it all turned out. Jorge was friendly and polite and I'm so glad he works for such a great company. I look nowhere else when it comes to my AC needs.

Nick, Juan great tech’s. Wouldn’t let an ornery A/C compressor problem stump them! Kept at it until problem solved. Guys are an asset to the company! They got my business from here on out.

I bought a new unit from them two years ago after having a unit that had no problems for 18 years they just told me when they came out for maintenance. It was probably time to get a new one I did that I have had nothing but problems since the unit I currently have is two years old. Every time I go to turn it on for heat in the winter. It blows cold every time I do it in the summer. It blows hot now they’re saying the board is fried and I need another one which they’re going to order. I think I got a lemon and I want a new unit. They also always cancel my maintenance appts two or three times saying It is not priority as they have already got my 18,000 for the unit. Very poorly run business with no loyalty to existing customers

I was so impressed with Gordon very professional. He explained everything right down to the last detail. He taught me so much I didn’t have to listen to the spiel from other companies. I knew what questions I needed to ask.

Andrew was very thorough and took the time to explain all factors of the 6month check up. Highly recommend him and will request his services for the next check up.
