My 2 year new AC unit was not working correctly. I called the person who installed it and was told he couldn't come out for a week and quoted me an insane price to clean/service the unit. Sammy came to our home, on a Sunday, within an hour of our call. He diagnosed the issue immediately, fixed it on the spot, and for less than half of the price we were quoted. He was professional and delightful to work with. It's so rare to be wowed anymore....Sammy wowed my husband and I!

Great experience for installing a new 5 ton Trane package unit on our roof to replace our 13 year old AC that has caused us problems every summer. We received several quotes and Total Care Heating and Cooling blew them away with a fair price. Our technician Sammy exceeded expectations completing the install in a shorter time compared to what other companies told me. I appreciated his honesty when other companies tried to upsell me for additional things. He was very responsive and flexible to our schedule. I would definitely recommend to others.

Sammy came out the same day and completed a virtual service call since we could not be home. He called upon arrival, texted me photos and video of the problems, called to discuss pricing, texted me so I could check my a/c app to make sure the house temperature was dropping. Called to handle the payment. Texted back when completed. And even followed up the next morning to make sure everything was still good. Great Customer Service! Something that most of our society has lost over the years.

When we had a problem with our A/C (in the heat of summer), Sammy was able to come out within an hour of us calling. He had the issue fixed in just a few hours, when another company told us it would be a week and could have cost us thousands had we left it running in that condition. He followed up the next day to make sure all was well. Would recommend him to anyone anytime for any heating and A/C concerns.

Best small business AC repair in Phoenix. Been using him for 3 years after trying some of the bigger places. He has been able to repair our AC units when other places said it needed to be replaced. He is honest about prices and upfront on what is realistic for repairs and remaining life expectancy of the units.
