I am writing this review of Total Care Heating and Cooling and of Sammy Sayegh.
Both our cooling units were broken, and this early heat wave caught us, and all of Phoenix, by surprise. We are not ready to buy two new units much less one unit. We have been suffering with indoor temperatures in the upper 90’s.

Sammy saved us. We feel very lucky to have found him.

Sammy was there when he said he would be there. He was kind enough to give us a heads up in route so that we were prepared for people to come inside. He is always accessible. You can count on his word.

Not only is he friendly he is very talented. He knows his trade to the Master level. He is also well versed in related areas and that helped him solve challenges that our home presented. He does not run from a problem, rather he solves it no matter what it takes.

We do feel a little guilty as he lost sleep worrying about us and thinking of how to help us over the weekend until the parts arrived. It’s like having a family member in the business taking care of you.

Total Care is very affordable and seeks to help you rather than “sell” you.

Turned out one unit was totally shot and not worth putting a new compressor in; both units are 23 years old. The other unit stood a chance and with loving care Sammy brought it back to life. It took extra time and effort, but Total Care was up to the task and accomplished it.

The after care is amazing. Sammy touched base with us throughout the day to make sure the unit functioned and functioned to the necessary level. Just to make sure, Sammy also checked up with us the next day as well.

Later this year we will look to replace both units and will call Total Care to do the job. We don’t even need to shop around or get price quotes as we know we will get a very fair deal and above and beyond service and help. Once they are installed, we will sign up for a yearly maintenance service with Sammy.

The best service ever! The kindest and most prompt service. I've been working with Sammy for a few years. He saved us again today by coming over to fix th AC unit. He offers all of the options and gives a balanced and affordable approach and price. Highly recommend!!! Thank you for all the great service over the years.

This is the second time we have used Total Care and Heating to replace our aging AC Systems. They installed new units at a property we own in Peoria and also our at home in Scottsdale. Very professional team, efficient, on-time!!! Well done from start to finish including all options, quotes and availability.

I've used Sammy a couple times but today was the most significant need and the usual GREAT service and utmost integrity. Spent a week without A/C because my home warranty company denied the claim when the company they sent out indicated the condenser fan motor went bad which caused the compressor to fail. No legit reason to deny the claim so I wasn't about to pay the guy they sent out $4500 to replace both. I called Sammy for a second opinion that I could use to appeal the claim denial. He showed up at 7:00 the next morning and with the integrity he has, said the compressor was working fine but the fan motor did need to be replaced. I went from a fraudulent $4500 bill from another company to less than $500 with Sammy. Sammy is the best and genuinely cares about his customers over money. Of course anyone who knows anything about business knows that when you take care of your customer, your business will thrive. I will never use anyone else for maintenance nor repairs. Thanks Sammy!

Sammy went above and beyond and helped me replace parts for an old AC. I had about 5 companies come out and Sammy was the best. He went and found the parts and replaced in a day. I am so grateful of his service, support and professionalism. Highly recommend- he’s the only company I use for all of my properties.

Sammy responded within an hour on a Friday late afternoon and replaced a blown capacitor. Price was exceptionally reasonable. He owns the business and obviously takes pride in quality work and customer service. Very nice guy.

Sammy from Total Care is a Stand Up Guy! It's an East coast term I learned the meaning of when living in jersey years ago. It means he is totally without a doubt a guy that you can trust, his word is his bond! Once again he came to our rescue, it was during a scheduled spring maintenance service, he informed us that one of the two units was defective and had been installed that way on my wife's house years prior to us being married. He gave us the best price possible which was a couple of K's less that I had anticipated and did the install in less than three hours.

Sammy showed up before the anticipated time. He was professional, courteous and fixed the problem within moments. He also advised us of additional work that would be needed in the near future with no pressure to repair at time of service however did offer if we’d like to have it done since he was here. We declined so he said call anytime they’d be happy to come back out. Very quick and pleasant experience. I’d definitely recommend and use them again. Plus bonus found out they’re a neighbor.
