I can’t say enough good things or recommend Sammy and his crew enough. Sammy and his team always do a great job but not only that, they clearly care about people more than the bottom line. I’ve had Sammy out to perform repairs a few times and he’s always phenomenal.

We had an issue with a coolant leak due to a broken coil and Sammy made sure to get everything cooling before the part came in so my kids wouldn’t be hot. It ended up taking about 2 months for the part but Sammy always kept us updated and checked in to make sure things were still good for my kiddos. You don’t see many people doing business this way and really caring anymore the way he does.

I’ve been looking for an HVAC person for years and most companies overcharge for everything. Sammy runs his business not just to overcharge and make money but to make sure he takes care of everyone like his own family. Had a leaking AC system dripping at the inside of the front door. They were able to fit me in within 24 hrs and showed up on time the next day. Sam the technician found the issue and had everything resolved within an hour. Reasonably priced and efficient, I will definitely be using Total Care for my HVAC issues in the future.

It’s rare to find professionals like Sammy. I’ve relied on him to fix, maintain and install HVAC systems for at least six years. He’s professional, reliable, communicative, prompt and courteous. He’ll tell it like it is and won’t oversell you.

Sammy came out quickly upon my first contact with the company. He answers my questions and asked a lot of questions to help determine my needs. He told me the pros and cons of various features so that I could make the intimidating decisions needed to replace my two A/C units correctly for my needs. We came to an agreement on parts and price and he was out with his crew only a couple days later. They had everything they needed to get the large job done in one day. They were focused and showed an understanding of the fact that bringing in two new units was a bit of an inconvenience to us who work from home. They were quiet, efficient, and caring. End result, two solid units (also for a great price compared to other quotes I found), clean install, great service, and my house was left immaculate. Oh, and I am a happy customer as well. Sammy has become my goto guy for everything hvac. He and his team repaired my ac during the insane temperatures quickly and professionally. They also installed a split unit. Sammy is through, kind, informative. He genuinely cares and takes pride in his work.

Sammy was able to come out first thing in the morning the day after the issue. He reviewed all inspection steps with me for a clear breakdown of issue. Replaced the compressor and thoroughly tested all AC parts and vents in the home.
